Worst customer service. I went 10/5, It looks like he was the manager and the whole time was ignoring me he was paying more attention to the TV ( football game) I think they should hire people that really want to work and help customers. Won't come to the store again

Was told online to come into store then, waited from 1pm to 230pm for them to tell me to call back to online!! Literally just wasted an hour and half for nothing!! Then they’re skipping people that have been waiting for others who came in after.

I went to the AT&T store yesterday to get a replacement shield for my iPhone. I had accidentally dropped my phone a few days ago and the shield that was on there cracked. Ray, that works at the store greeted me as I entered the store asking me how he could help me. He asked me a few questions about my iPhone, found the compatible shield for my phone and then in no time replaced my old shield with the new shield. Ray was great, friendly and professional!

Came here to pay my bill and left with an upgrade. David was so helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. If you want great service this is the AT&T to go to.

I'm sure this store is fine, this review isn't about them. However, att service in general is just hot garbage now. If you're looking to sign up with them do yourself a favor and don't. Phone can never decide if it wants to be 4g or 5g and isn't particularly good at either. Seen faster downloads and more stable connection from dial-up.
