I bought a lifetime warranty screen protector, I was told I got free lifetime replacement. When I went in to replace my screen, its a $7 cost each time PLUS SHIPPING because my phone is a year old. My fault for taking a sales representative's word I guess. Also at time of sign up, they signed me up for additional items & I had to spend even more time getting everything removed. Never again.

I purchased a speck case and was told it had a one year in store warranty if it yellowed or wasn't clear.... I went 3 months after purchase as it discolored and was replaced. I went yesterday and the new manager said he couldn't swap out the product and all previous employees who previously attended to me are no longer there. He verified proof of purchase and verified previous return and still wouldn't accommodate. I only purchased a paid a premium ($55) for the case for this return feature contrary to buying online for $10. Will not buy or recommend consumers to purchase products at the retail location if warranty and claims have to be handled on my own

Ashton was very helpful,.very professional and warm greeting!!..went in with my phone that stopped working right after work,.. he was able to look into my account and I walked out satisfied with a new upgraded phone! He made sure everything was smooth and ready on my phone before leaving the store! Highly recommend him!

At&T store on Tezel by the H-E-B has some amazing stuff. They were patient, walked me through everything on my new phone and plan. Only reason for 4 stars (isn’t the store or employees fault) I have to manually connect AT&T to get my TV service update and I can’t do that for several weeks (due to my schedule). So bill still is showing old phone & tv plan. I setup Autopay but looking at the account this hasn’t been setup either. Very confusing & frustrating.

Rep was very respectful & courteous . Listened attentively to my problems, & gave me an explanation as to why I was having these issues.. Then speedily resolved them & instructed me how to resolve in the future. Thank you for your patience .

Do not go to this store !!!! They are not a corporate entity, they screwed up my account and I have been getting the run around for 2 months now. AT&T is unable to help because this is an authorized dealer and not part of the corporation , no one is accountable at this location. Everyone blames the other and ultimately the district manager is no where to be found and because they signed me up unknowingly to a plan, the up charge is my responsibility. Per Lorelei, Pete Girdy stated there would be no credits applied to my account even though the mistake was made by his incompetent employee Joseph, who admitted he signed me up on the wrong plan. I have a copy of the plan I was quoted. Apparently no one at this store has answers nor solutions. Go to a corporate location otherwise you’re screwed.

DON’T GO HERE!!! I came to this location to get cases and screen protectors and the employee helping me that day added something to my plan unknowingly!!! I was charged on every bill an additional $25 for months for something I didn’t approve of! When I went to the store and there was nothing they can do and was advised by the supervisor that this wasn’t the first she had heard this employee adding stuff to customers account without their knowledge, so I called and the best they can do was give me credit for 3 out of the 8 months I was charged this. STAY AWAY FROM AT&T NOTHING BUT ISSUES AND SCAMS!!! So upset, if I could give 0 stars I would!!

Walked in to the store where 3 different employees were busy with customers. I browsed around the store and just waited for someone either to greet me or tell me that they would be with me shortly. Never happened. Went and sat down for about 5 minutes before I decided enough time had passed. 15 minutes in the store without acknowledgment is pretty wild to me.
