āI switched to AT&T with promises that my bill would be lower. However, it has increased significantly. I was supposed to receive credit for my old phones, but I haven't received it yet. This situation is frustrating. I'll provide updates as I get more information.
āupdate: My next billāstill no savings. Bill is over $400. My previous provider was about $250. It will be difficult or impossible to go back to my previous provider. Donāt do it.
āupdate: All smoking mirrors and lots of headaches to switch: I didn't save anything. After adding the insurance cost plus a $5 per line fee because I'm not doing auto pay from my bank account.
āRemember the Sales guy will not tell you about insurance cost which could add a significant amount to your bill.
āI was informed that they will not payoff one of my cell phones after they told me they would pay off all my mobile phones as incentive for us to switch. I'm waiting on final outcome. I'll keep you posted.

Hi š this is the Second time we come here & donāt even get a (Iāll be with you shortly) or hello or any assistance at all- we sat for 20 min with no update for the second time. Please take care of the customer - we pay over 400 a month and canāt even upgrade in store š©

Date March, 24th 2025 Manager David C. is extremely rude. Likes to talk over his costumers. Beware of this location, they steal trade in phones, shady business, and terrible costumer service. David raised his voice and insulted his costumers while one of his employer watched and laughed about it. Extremely unprofessional.

Horrible experience at this location. Iāve been trying to get my phone number transferred from my old account to a new one so I can continue using my number Iāve had for 10 years.
Iāve been to the store 3 times now and the first 2 visits were fine. I had some issues on my end that needed resolving so they werenāt able to help those attempts. Ok fine all good. Got that resolved over the weekend.
I come in today to get it switched and this lady who says she is a manager (unfortunately did not get her name) refused to even hear me out or try to help me! She said āwe are not gonna do thatā. Insane. Either shes wrong and refused to help a customer, or there are some clear lack of training issues going on.
Poor customer service. Will never come into this store again.
Now I am driving to a different AT&T location to get this resolved.

Friendly, but in a hurry, the times I was in there. They could never answer a direct question, always referring to the Apple Store for questions they couldnāt answer, I am disabled. I tried returning my phone within the 14 day period, I was never told about, I had to ask, and I was told I had to wait for a Manager for final approval. Winded up with a phone I wasnāt happy with but now stuck with it.

The service is fine. The customer rep was fine itās just that my payday keeps getting shorter and shorter from my original purchase of this service. The payment date was on the 15th and every month itās gotten a day shorter and a day shorter now itās 10 days different from the original day, I am paying for a service and getting less days. I wish you could explain to me why
