Worst customer service experience in myLife. After I purchase my sons phone Brandon rushed to help the next customer when we were still in the process of completing the transaction after they left which was 5 min he refused to help transfer everything from the old phone to the new phone so I could give the old phone like he had discussed with us for the $350 credit. He basically refused to assist us and said he would call the police if we didn’t leave and would not provide a reason as to why he couldn’t assist us. It was the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. I went to my car to wait for the full transfer went back inside to turn in the old phone like he had said I needed to do just to be told why are you back here . I said …don’t I need to turn in the old phone , he says you can do that anywhere within 30 days as I say well here I’m here to turn it in , he refused and then calls the police on me because I came back to turn in the phone. I have it all in video this guy should not be working in customer service or retail. He was Odd, defensive, repeats the same thing, shaking, stressed, seemed as if the pressure of him being at the store alone was too much for him to handle even though there were only 2 customers at the store and one left after 5 minutes. Avoid the store. I have everything on video to prove that I remained calm after he refused services for no reason at all. I felt discriminated against. Everything was fine but as soon as I made the purchase he no longer wanted to help with anything regarding the phones.

AT&T is the most dysfunctional company , been waiting 2 months to bury cable charging me more than they said my monthly charge would be took 2 days off from work for contractor that never showed up or called me back cable still on top of the ground .

Enrique did a wonderful job! Was there for less that 10 minutes and helped me out with everything I was looking for and More! This man went above and beyond to help me and was very patient with me as well! I highly recommend asking for Enrique!

I first went to this store in 2019 to get 4 upgraded phones…and a family plan: one for my daughter going off to college, one for my elderly dad, elderly mom, and then one for myself ,a secondary teacher entering into retirement. I drove in from the Dallas area but I went to this store because they were the closest store to the retirement community my parents resided in.Since then, this is been my go to store for anything I need phone related. In the past five years, I have had to visit the store for technical issues, for phone replacement, just for explaining to me things about the phone. EVERY TIME I have gone to this store I have had ease in parking, not very long wait times, one on one customer service, but most of all SUCCESS in what I needed.I still live an hour and a half away from the store, but I will continue to go to THIS store to get any kind of assistance I need. In the past five years I have had different store managers there to help me, but ALL of them have been AMAZING. Very patient with me and my elderly parents, patient with my lack of knowledge on the new technology that’s out with phones. There was a time when the AT&T phone people tried to refer me to a much closer, nicer, bigger and newer store. I drove into the parking lot and thought no way am I gonna do this …..there was a long wait even though I had an appointment, the employees were not able to help me. So I left and drove clearly across town an hour away to THIS store because I knew I could get the one on one service that I like having.This is a smaller neighborhood type store. But the people have ALWAYS been polite and professional, if they couldn’t help me, they would find another employee in the store who could or they would get on the phone with AT&T support themselves.. I have NEVER had a bad experience or been dissatisfied with anything I have ever received from the store.In the past five years, I have probably had to go to the store over 10 or 12 times to get my phone or my two elderly parents, phone situation squared away or straightened out etc. And EVERY single time I have had success.recently, the store manager Enrique has had to help me as I came into town multiple trips, over a four or five week period . With two or three different phones that I ordered or got for my 92 year old dad. My dad didn’t care for any of the phones they weren’t working the way he wanted with ease, volume, etc. EVERY single time Enrique was patient with me, he would do what he could to assist me even if he was unfamiliar with the phone because it was “old school flip” lol, he would figure it out and resolve the issues. He was amazing. There was another gentleman.( I believe his name was Brandon, I may be mistaken) but he was just as awesome. As I said, I live an hour and a half away and I would ….WILL drive all the way across San Antonio from the Medina Lake area….deal with loop 1604 traffic and construction just to go to this store because I KNOW I will be HEARD with my phone concerns and SINCERE, PROFESSIONAL efforts would be made in resolving my needs.I am a retired public school teacher of 33 years, and currently the Director of youth ministry, my daughter is an ICU nurse, my father is a retired Air Force Colonel, my late mother was a homemaker. The only reason I am mentioning this is show the DIFFERENT realm of needs that we all had with our use of a cell phone. As I said in my intro, this store is my go to store for any cell phone needs that I have for myself or my family. Sincerely, S.D. Cooper

My partner and I switched to AT&T on Sunday 9/10. We went to this store and one of the helpers literally just turned on our phone and didn’t do anything else. Didn’t tell us that they put phone protection on our phones which we did not ask for and then we had a discount which they didn’t put on. I would watch out for the salesman who don’t actually do their job right , because now we have to go back in the store and get everything taken care of. And this could’ve been done right in store the first time.

Ben was an absolute gem he was helpful patient kind with me and my hearing aids the apps the upgrade he transferred all my apps and had my new phone up and running in no time. The best day we brought our older phones and Brandon was another gem helping us with our accounts.

I went to this store on 08/09/23 after 5:00 pm wanting to speak to someone about rescheduling the date & time of a delivery for a phone that I had purchased earlier in the day with a rep on the phone. For some reason the online website was not letting me change it and since I don’t live far from the store, I figured it would be easier to go there & see if they could assist me with this. There was only 1 customer in the store that was being assisted by a male employee and a female employee came from the back to ask how she can help me. I explained how I needed assistance getting the date & time for my phone delivery changed and before I could tell her anything else, she said they don’t do that there. That I needed to call customer service and have them do it. She didn’t bother to look up any of my information to see if there was something she could do for me. What’s the point of having stores if the employees in them don’t want to be bothered helping the customers. She was reluctant to give me her name & name of her manager, but I believe her name was Paula. Also, when you call the number to the store, your call is getting routed to a call center because before I went to the store, I had talked to 2 different female employees, none of which were the store when I got there.I don’t write bad reviews to get people fired, but as a AT&T customer of many years, this is the worst customer service I have ever received and not just from this one employee, but others as well. I was so frustrated with the lack of assistance I got, that I canceled the order and I am seriously contemplating leaving AT&T for good. I don’t know when their customer service went south, but I will say this to all employees….IF YOU’RE NOT PASSIONATE ABOUT YOUR JOB, LEAVE OR QUIT. Life’s too short to be stuck in a job you’re miserable in. As for management, please do better screening when hiring new employees and give your employees some incentives to treat their customers better.

Customer service by the young lady who helped me was very veery lousy. If the sale depended on how she treats customers it would never happen. She made me feel like I was bothering her. Maybe I interrupted her phone game time or her texting with someone else. She failed hard. If I go back to that store for anything I am staying away from her. Lousy, lousy service. She kept trying to put me off on others and offered little to no other options.

Me and my family had a great experience. I needed a new phone since while on vacation my phone was fried by water. Leslie at AT&T was very helpful and even helped me adjust my plan to get a lower monthly price and better plan. She went above and beyond by taking her lunch break to show us alocal food place and helped us order since there was a language issue. I was surprised to learn she spoke 3 languages and sign language. After lunch I had to go back to ask a question about my new phone and she was able to help right away while my family waited in the car. I highly recommend this store.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The guy working called me a liar, and said I was banned from the store. Then after he let me explain he said he was getting too worked up too quickly. Second week on the job with terrible training he said. He said AT&T makes it difficult to switch. He then said we have to come back another day, and he might be able to assist. His manager was gone.

Enrique and his team made the experience pleasant. He is knowledgeable, relaxed, and very professional. I switched to AT&T and upgraded phones. Recommend to others.
