We changed from U-Verse to Directv and needed help- a LOT of help!! Kayomi went above and beyond to make this work for us!! We’re so grateful that she was the tech that we were able to work with!!! And appreciate the manager of the Loop 1604 store for allowing her to spend so much time helping us - much appreciated and everything is working great!

I want to recognized Eric Crockett at the 1141 N Loop 1604 E SAN ANTONIO TX store for going above and beyond in his service to help resolve issues we were having with my daughters iPhone. We visited the store earlier this week and he resolved a complex problem that had been ongoing for a couple weeks requiring changing of the phone number and cancelling a compromised number. He told us if it happened again or if we had another problems to come back ASAP and he even gave his business card with his contact info. A problem with sending texts/iMessages resurfaced and we visited the store again today, 8/2/2024. At both visits he was very patient and took the time to fully listen to my daughter so she felt understood. He worked with her to make sure she understood what was going on with her iPhone and her MacBook. He made sure she had phone and texting ability and triple checked that everything was working correctly which made her feel more secure. He also walked her thru verifying that the settings were correct on her MacBook so she could get WiFI and Hotspot connections to access websites critical to her business. He went above and beyond by providing recommendations to troubleshot issues that were not AT&T related. He then provided some recommendations on how to best approach resolving these issues. Eric is a credit to your store!! I will be referring friends and family to your store because of his kind, caring and professional service. I recommend y'all promote him or give him a raise.

ELIAS customer service and kindness at Sonterra Store was REMARKABLE. His professionalism and broad knowledge is rare and hard to find not only within AT&T customer attention personnel but wherever any service is tendered to customers and people. All 4 adults in our party we were frankly impressed by Elias assistance and help.
AT&T US and Sonterra store have in Elias a gem and a valuable asset within its team.

Victoria was amazing, spent hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue with no luck. Went into the store and Victoria sat down with me and spent over an hour helping me sort through the issue. In the end the problem was fixed and my phone is back to working 100%

I like the new phone BUT! Be aware that all data will not transfer. You will loose for example whatsapp exchanges. Your new phone will not have all the work you have done in your original phone. Some apps will need to be reinstalled. I do not understand why my data in my original phone failed to mirror everything to my new phone. Now I am spending hours trying to remember and recover the past that got lost.
!Android make Android to Android transfers be exactly as the original!
