The attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very respectful with time management as we were a bit in a time crunch. I would totally recommend going here for any phone service.

Everyone went to their break (4) except for 1 representative. I get it. They need their break but not at the same time. Especially if they have customers waiting more than an hour. Bad customer service. Location: The Rim. San Antonio, Tx

Recently visited this AT&T location, and it was the easiest switch from a different provider. Easy and the rep Salma helped me so much by switching over all my information to my new phone so I wouldn’t lose anything. She was patient and gave me all the information I needed. Will be returning to get a new line soon and hope to get the same person. Thank you Salma.

HORRIBLE!!!! I hate AT&T!!! Sat here for over an hour with “only” two customers in front of us. Well except for the people they decided to help while we waited!!! Then when we are finally “up” - the now one employee is helping someone who is not on the “queue”. We asked her - as if she cares- and she said someone would be out shortly!!! Over an hour and no one cares. Would switch to Verizon but it is my husbands choice. Hate this company!!!!

I’m currently at the store located in the RIM and have been waiting for 40 minutes (and counting) for a representative to be available to help. There are only 2 workers and a line of people waiting to be helped. Most of the conversation going on between the workers and the customer seems to be more small talk (sports, raising kids, etc) rather than staying primarily focused on the product. It would be a great improvement for the store to provide more representatives to help or to provide training to employees on how to balance small talk with product/customer movement.

Be very careful if you plan on buying a phone and getting service at this location. I had the absolute worst experience ever trying to buy the new Samsung 24 Ultra. The service was so bad I requested to the sales associate to have the District/Area Manager over this store to call me so I can explain to them just how bad the service was. The three associates I had interaction with could not answer simple questions. They talked in circles and none of them could give me a straight answer. I thought I was at a sleazy used car dealership. Do your homework. Order online or via the phone. Or go to another store. Oh the District Manager still hasn't called me and it's been over two days. I guess the employees were too afraid to give them my message.

Recently visited the AT&T store at La Cantera Pkwy in San Antonio for multiple phone and watch upgrades, and a new service plan for the family. My wife and I were helped by Jose Rodriquez, who’s been with the company for over 10 yrs. The service he provided us was exceptional. He was helpful, patient, and insightful throughout the entire process and took care of all of our requests and needs. No question we had was left unanswered. Jose is a seasoned representative. Highly recommended.

Not all but employees seem to be in a bad mood. Second time visiting within the last two months and both times encountered rude employees. Female working the counter tried to gyp me out of my replacement warranty item with cheaper product and when I showed her my receipt she quickly changed her tune.

BEWARE THEY WILL ADD UNWANTED THINGS TO YOUR PLAN. Went in on a Saturday waited over an hour to be seen. I went in with one goal which was to upgrade a phone, and was offered the home tech protection. I made it clear I only wanted the phone and that’s all. The man STILL added it to my plan charging me an additional $25 a month. I didn’t know he did this until the next day I got an email thanking me for my enrollment in the plan. Now I have to call customer service and and take time out of my day to cancel it. Do better, no thank you means no.
