Andrew is an awesome AT&T specialist who is very knowledgeable and possesses excellent communication skills. He assisted us in purchasing 2 new Apple iPhone 16 pros. He advised us what accessories were available like cases and screen protectors. He transferred all our information from our old iPhones to our new ones in a short period of time. I started with one person and they pass me off to another person. I hate that, because she was going on a break. We were in the middle of the transaction , then the new guy didn't know what she and I had already discussed and he charged me for something I had a warranty on. Then I got home and realized he never gave me print of my receipt and I had to drive back there to pick it up an hour later.

We went to another AT&T store and called customer service and were told by both that what we needed to be done could not be done in a timely manner. We went to this location, and Noeah was able to help us do what needed to do (transfer 2 numbers from 2 different family accounts into 1 new family account) very quickly. I highly recommend this location. They know what they are talking about and doing.
