I went to this location to get assistance with my cellphone account and an insurance claim. The customer service representative promised me a follow up call as he was waiting on an email from Asurion. He never called me back however he did add my information as a fake lead in his sales tool and tried to sell me Internet via n automated text when he knew I already had it. I worked for AT&T for 13 years until recently so I am very understanding of how all of this works, The Asurion manager told me the employees there absolutely know how to fill out an escalation form and there's no reason they couldn't assist. Following up on your commitments is part of your job, so disappointed, i wont visit this location again.

Waited for 45 minutes after being told some would be with us shortly. Nobody addressed us after that. Multiple staff members went in and out of the back, but only 2 remained on the floor while at least 3 other customers waited. Multiple customers left waiting including me. This is not the first time this has happened at this location- waiting endlessly. I only had a simple question. It could’ve taken a couple minutes to answer. So frustrating the lack of customer attention at this store. Not sure what goes on in the back or if employees were on their breaks, but you would think if multiple customers were waiting long periods of time, they would send more staff out to assist. If I could give no stars I would.

Had great support at my AT&T Store at Alamo Heights store. Everyone I spoke to were very helpful, supportive, patient and kind. Especially Edwin. He helped me get my new Pro16 working and answered my questions I had with installing my new internet AII Fi HUB!! I am very happy and satisfied with their service !!!
