Auto Z Repairs is hands down the best! Matt, the owner, and Jessica are incredibly nice and helpful. I had to bring my truck in for repairs, and they even helped me find a tow to get it there. They fixed the issue—a fuel pump replacement—quickly and at an absolutely phenomenal price. They also gave me a lift home!
While I was there, they also helped with my AC by checking the fuses. It’s clear that they’re passionate about what they do and genuinely care about helping their customers. The shop has a lot of return customers, which says a lot about their honesty and quality of work. They take the time to explain everything without any shady tactics. I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs!

Auto Z Staff and owner Matt Z. are both knowledgeable and professional. My car was repaired quickly and repairs were done right the first time and at a fair price!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car!! Matt is a Kind and empathetic young man that knows how to care for customer concerns. Great job guys !! Thanks !! 5 Stars

Recently moved down here and wasn’t sure where to take my car to get fixed. Auto Z had fair prices and got the work done fast! Matt did a great job explaining what was wrong with my car and they checked everything out and gave estimates for free! Will be back when I have future issues with my vehicles.

Took car in as my a/c stopped blowing air. The owner, Matt pulled it in and diagnosed the issue quickly. The part was ordered and replaced right away. A/c was blowing colder than before.

We had a Nissan Altima with 150k miles in need of a major tune up! We got it towed over, given a great estimate with a fantastic breakdown and customer service. Had it back up and running in 2 days having that car in like new condition! Highly recommend you give them a shot!

I'm not one to leave my vehicle at a shop to get fixed, but was having transmission issues in my 93 burban, so I gave auto z repairs a shot. Trucks running and shifting good now thanks to them. It's an old beat up burban but glad to be behind the wheel again. Appreciate it.Service: Transmission

0 star, PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS the honest ones, (Dont make the same mistake i did) Customer Service or Communication is not Matt Zulaica strong suite. I would find it to be simple to let a customer know what is happening in the process of having your vehicle repaired. The TRUTH, I dropped my vehichle off on Monday 1/16/2023 for diagnostic, they were going thru my warranty. I was assured a follow up call would be placed to me the following day (Tuesday 1/17/2023) as the person that took my car in stated MATT ZULAICA was out on Monday. No call on Tuesday, on Wednesday I initiated a call to inquire, MATT answers and states he needs until 2pm and he will return my call that day. NO call, NO call on Thursday either. Friday around 10:45am I called AutoZ Repairs to again inquire about what was happening with my vehicle, MATT immediately says OH the Mercedes, I told you your warranty company wants me to redo the diagnostic its not me holding you up from your car its your warranty company, BUT feel free to come get your car because this will take about 2 more weeks before your get it back. Now MATT is extremely irritated, and possibly delusional as this is my first time speaking to him and his tone is less than professional, so I replied yes I will come and pick up my vehicle I will be on my way in just a few minutes he replied FINE, we will pull it out front. I then called my Warranty company to my suprise MATT, had never initiated a claim, they had no idea my vehicle was at AUTO Z REPAIRS, I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction for the treatment I recieved and I informed my warranty company that I was on my way to pick up my vehicle. The representative was extremely apologetic and also assisted me in finding 2 other repair shops that could assist me with my vehicle. oh now the good part....I arrived to 3 men standing at the front counter, I walk in and one of the gentlemens say oh the Mercedes, I say my name and I want to pick up my car, MaTT slames a paper infront of me and says you owe $50, I asked why, MATT says I got authorization from your warranty company. I replied oh let me call them back now, I walked over to the side and called my warranty company back they stated NO I was not to be charged, they also stated they recently has 2 calls from AUTO Z REPAIRS today within 20 minutes of each other about this claim. AUTO Z REPAIRS also told my warranty company I was impatient and wanted to take my car to another shop, they failed to mention they had my vehicle since Monday with no diagnostic done, on my paperwork it was written "customer has no time so shes is taking it somewhere else". WOW, unprofessional, RUDE and YOU seem to have trouble telling the truth. So THANK YOU AUTO Z Repairs for absolutely NOTHING, you did get $50 out of my warranty people sadly, I'm happy you didn't get to work on my vehicle due to your incompetence in dealing with a customer. God sees all, that gives me peace.

It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust also one that is open on Saturday. My truck needed transmission work. They got it done in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. Their communication was great and they kept me informed throughout the process. My truck is shifting smoothly again and I have peace of mind with their warranty. Will definitely be returning for any of my future needs - Mike S
