I have been looking for a place to take our Audi’s that are no longer under warranty, and a friend recommended Autobahn. I have taken 2 cars there for oil changes and inspection, and had a great experience. They have efficient systems for scheduling, appointment reminders, work approval, and payment. They did not try to upsell additional services. In fact, they discovered a small issue that was easily repaired instead of recommending a full parts replacement. Don’t worry if you are not sure when your car is due for certain services. They do all the research and present the recommendations along with estimated costs ahead of time. Give them a chance if you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto shop. They work on both foreign and domestic automobiles.

They used to be the best in all aspects for years. But apparently those days are gone. I am sure that their mechanics are still super-awesome but their VERY poor customer service doesn’t reflect good in any of them.

Great price and service. Had a fuel leak on my Glk 350, ended up being the fuel pump. They got the part within a day and had my car ready the next day, highly recommend.

Before I discovered Autobahn Automotive I lost a lot of time and money with two other well known European car repair shops who failed to fix my car’s bad ABS module. AA not only found the problem they made the fix in a matter of hours instead of days at the quarter of the cost.

Great work by Greg and crew at Autobahn Automotive to solve a fuel gate problem on my vintage 911 Targa. Bill and the guys in the back shop do excellent work and I’ve always gotten my car in less time than I thought I would.
