I came to this location with battery troubles and no knowledge on what to do. Jay D was extremely kind, quick, and helpful through every step from diagnosis to installation of a new battery. He even helped me save a good chunk of change. It is his incredible customer service that will keep me coming back for all future car needs.

Jay D. really helped me out with getting the right battery, and he installed it for me. He tested my battery, the starter, and the alternator systems. He went above and beyond to make sure I was helped to the fullest. Great job!

Never been to the Bulverde location. Today I met Derrick the store employee. He was informative and patient while we figured out car part situation. He was kind enough to put me in touch with their mobile mechanic, Mr. Bernardo. So will update.

Well this happened. A customer and myself, same aisle, looking at the same products. The customer asks the worker, if they have this product in stock, SPECS (not to mention the name, will call him SPECS) runs to the back and checks to see if we have it in back stock. SPECS comes back and explains that they don't have anymore. SPECS also brought his little scanner and scans the barcode to double check. I was like that's customer service! Now here is the kicker, in about 2 mins, I ask SPECS for a product in the same side aisle that was out. SPECS response "Its whatever we have." You may not see me, but I see you SPECS.

Colton was super helpful! He assisted me in finding the correct coolant for my Audi, followed me to the parking lot and got his hands dirty while I learned about standing back when taking the lid off 😂 Thank you, Auto Zone!
