Shane from AutoZone was great in helping us with our headlight. My daughter and grandson were with me when we noticed one of our headlights was out. Luckily we stopped and he was able to find the correct bulb and install it to get us back out safely on the streets.

Older man was very rude told me to check my own engine because there were only two of them but yet I saw three. He was not helpful and I couldn't understand what he was saying. I know I'm not a man to know know cars like he does but the way he spoke to me was unnecessary.

The store was very busy today due to the area and the cold weather most likely I received fantastic customer service! I had the pleasure of working with Shane. He was able to get my battery swapped out. I had to use the warranty on it for my Pathfinder. Unfortunately the battery had been going bad on it prior to the cold weather snap, but because I have another vehicle I was able to wait. Not the best plan. Shane was helping the customer in front of me, but the person had to get some information from someone via a phone call. Instead of just standing there wasting time and letting the line get longer, Shane went to my car and got my battery with the permission of the person in front of me of course. He even held the door for me. (I use a cane) Then he finished up with the person in front of me and continued on with me. Even though it was busy he also replaced the battery in my key without getting grumpy with me like I’ve seen in other places.

Just came in with a check engine light - Shane came right out to do the check, told me what I needed (catalytic conveyer “juice”) and went to get me the product. I was in and out within 10 mins and extremely happy with his customer service.
Just wanted to recognize a great employee, thanks Shane!
(I’m 90% his name was Shane but not 100% lol - he’s younger cacuasion guy with glasses)
