There are several people working here but all seem to be hiding and stocking rather than helping the people in store today at 6:40 pm April 7th!!! Came here to get a battery tested ONLY TWO PEOPLE WORKING

Older man On Sunday March 29 at around 730pm
Was very rude !!!
Asked for a certain item he came too the floor and almost hollered at us stating it’s on this side !!!!
I’ve never been treated like this at any other Auto Zone in the area
I will never be coming back too this location.
Sir looked like he was not trying too help any customer and witnessed him yell at another customer asking for something. He needs too be sent back too training for some customer service skills.

Came into to the 1607 sw military location I was helped by a young man Ramiro “Ram” great and very helpful customer service it’s rare I can say I got above and beyond customer service

I came here for help with a battery and received no help. I drove to Oreilly’s down the road from here and they were happy help. Autozone is now at bottom of list for me to choose from for my auto needs in the future.

I only give 5 stars to Aldo's attention, a very attentive person who tries to solve problems, they have a general manager named Tasha, she is a miserable person and useless at solving problems for clients, they sold me a bomb 500 dollars damaged and I lost half a day because the useless Tasha didn't want to approve the return of my money, well I had already lost my 500 dollars, and in reality I didn't go to claim the money, I went to claim other spare parts, well Not taking money home but more spare parts, because I had to locate the manager's number at the regional level because the woman has that position and it is too big for her and they could solve it for me, I lost between 7 and 8 hours of my work day to do those due to her incompetence, they should have her cleaning bathrooms better instead of being a manager or doing the insurance because with the aptitude and also the bad way in which she treats me, treats or has treated other clients

Juan was so helpful this morning! After waiting 2 hours for my roadside assistance. I went to Auto Zone immediately got help Juan changed my battery within minutes and now my car is up and running!

This store manager and crew were fantastic. Dylan was great in helping me with my battery replacement. Store manager Rudy was very courteous and helpful. Although I’ve been doing business with AutoZone for a very long time, this store location was probably by far the most helpful I have encountered.
They were very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient.
Would highly recommend doing business with them and making them your stop for all things, Car Parts.
