Terrible Manager Willfredo had zero respect for customer service was unwilling to help change the battery of my car. His worker who had just started working at Autozone asked him for help but he told her told her to figure it out. A Good Samaritan had come helped us take out the battery because the manager could not do his job properly. Do not come to autozone nor support them!!!

I came to this Autozone and a MANAGER (MALE) was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNAPOLOGETIC from the moment I walked inside. There was no greeting or welcoming presence.. this individuals facial expression said it all. This individual was not helpful at all. If you don't like to work or your job maybe it's time to look for another. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS AUTOZONE..I WOULD RATHER DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE TO GO TO ANOTHER.

I went to Autozone and had problems with my car because Orileys wasn’t able to help me .Until this young man helped me his name was Micheal Martinez and he was able to walk me through my problems and make me satisfied with my car more.I also was able to get contact with him and I may of just made a Life long friend that’s a great mechanic.

Rewards program is the real deal. If you buy parts for your car as a do-it-your-selfer then this is a great opportunity to get rewards just for doing general car maintenance regularly. I personally just changed my oil (oil filter, synthetic oil, and air filter). I received a $20 dollar REWARDS credit which softened the blow to my wallet. The guys here are also pretty knowledgeable and helpful.

There’s a new guy working there who tried to get us to buy two new batteries that totaled over $600. Turns out their machine tester doesn’t work and the red shirts are salesman pretty predatory practice. Also he says we didn’t have warranty which we did and one of the batteries we had which he claimed didn’t work actually did. Stay away from places like this.
