Update to this review the store i posted for was Mike at evers and wurzbach, (not bandera) Mike is really great, Knowledgeable and friendly, I would drive past 100 stores if I had to just to get to him.

It was a rough morning, I had to have my suv jump started. I drove to Autozone @1920 Bandera Rd. and was assisted by Destiny. This young lady was very helpful and informative. She checked out my battery told me what I needed to do and I was on my way. I appreciate her assistance and great attitude.

Just arrived at the store and caught a man by the name of Christopher as he was leaving for the day. He stopped and helped me with a check engine light. I told him I was going out of town. He connected the machine to my vehicle. We went back inside just to find it was a loose gas cap. We went back and he saw that my cap was just hanging loosely. He tightened it for me and I thanked him.

Thought I might have a bad battery. They tested it, confirmed it was bad and then they got it changed out for me in no time at all. Very polite. Excellent customer service. Uriel was professional and helpful.

Battery light came on so went to autozone at 1920 Bandera Rd. They had my battery in stock and replaced it right there in the parking lot. Thanks Joshua B!

Had to replace break lights and Jenny with out hesitation came by and saved the day !!!! The light was stuck but she stayed after hours to help because I had no idea what I was doing !!! She was so kind and professional 😊 highly recommend!!!
