Fast talking older gentleman with grey hair and glasses sold me the wrong part and had an attitude when I wanted an exchange. The next day a family member of mine went to the same store and was sold the wrong part again by a different associate. Tell your employees to slow down and pay attention.

Asked a grey shirt(the older lady thats up tatted up, light complected and heavy make up and no glasses)for a torque wrench, she led me to the aisle I just came from and she said they are over here and I said I'm sorry I needed one with a digital display and she looked at me dumb and said I'm sorry I miss understood you, we don't have digital displays here...I left my other items at the counter and walked out. I'll probably won't be buying anything with her around. I'm guessing she's a manager of some kind not sure the significance of the grey shirt but yea I will not be requesting your assistance from now on.

Excellent customer service. I was greeted right away when I entered the store by Jayda and offered assistance. She was able to help me right away and found what I needed. Even helped troubleshoot to look for a match to a part that was out of stock.wile she was looking for a part another employee gave me the wrong lubricant for the parts I was inserting,she caught the mistake and gave me the rite one avoiding damage to the purchased parts,super huge thanks to Jayda for her expertise,knowledge and excellent customer service.

The store manager Jessica is very rude and inconsiderate!!! I was asking simple questions regarding products and services and her replies were very snippy, rude, and uncalled for. When I brought to her attention the rudeness she began yelling and arguing with me. She was not helpful at all, it seems as if she does not want to do her job. I already have car problems I don't need a rude "STORE MANAGER" on a power trip making my day worse.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
However the district manager Desiree was very helpful I appreciate her hearing me out and taking time to speak with me.
I recommend visiting the store location on Fair they are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Do not come here unless you want the young lady behind the register to be rude and ignorant to you for asking for something in the back. In front of my 4 year old. Left and will not be back

Phil helped us a LOT with a battery change, there was some other parts of the car that were giving us trouble, but he managed to help us get the old battery out and the new one in. Car's running fine. Thank you Phil for your kind and professional composure.
