Rude. Double check your receipt tried to upsell items not asked about or needed. Lady had a real bad attitude. Didn't ask if we wanted to use the rewards. Was pissed we mentioned military discount not once but twice then had an attitude about having to add it on after we noticed it wasn't added. There are other stores in the area with honest and caring associates. To the lady with the attitude please seek a new job or career path if you are not happy with the customer service industry.

I stopped iby AutoZone because my check engine light was. The store managerr, Alex was so kind and helpful. He ran an engine diagnostic test on my vehicle,, free of charge and went above and beyond to help me out., I highly recommend this store for any and all auto part needs. These guys are AMAZING!!! Thank you Alex

I went to check my battery, found out we had a bad battery. We were already heading out since I've gone to another location and told me they couldn't install batteries. Thanks to Teresa I believe her name was very helpful, great costumer service. She install my battery, ended up purchasing something else to avoid corrosion. If I ever need anything I will be going back to this location, I hope she there every time. I couldn't thank her enough, this mechanic out here be charging crazy $$$. She really saved me a couple hundred bucks, again thank you Teresa

Went to get a new battery Teresa was AMAZING VERY helpful gave us a VERY good deal on a new battery and was actually willing to install it for us unlike some of the other AutoZones we have been to DEFINITELY recommend and will return to THIS location!!

I purchased a clutch kit in February 2.3.24 and the first time the sales rep Robert double charged me and trying to get a refund is like a interrogative process with looks and basically a no if you didn't or couldn't provide the right credentials. One of had a feel of trying to run a scam and believe it says somewhere on the receipt they will refund with or without the receipt. Then fast forward two months later after removing all the components dropping the engine and literally pulling the parts out of the box found it was the wrong size UGH! Called and they didn't have the right size part so went to a competitor and they had everything in stock but needed a refund to took it back to the store where it was purchased and was told they couldn't refund and couldn't give a reason why and I needed to call corporate to which I said um no this isn't my mistake and you are mgt you can call corporate. The refund was attempted but froze up in their system seems there was a glitch with the lifetime warranty they could see it was there but was missing some component that locked up the computer.
So 8 went in person called the Area Manager Richard Montoya and was very accommodating and took care of it ASAP plus special shout out to SALVADOR a WIZARD of processes and with ease and calmness pushed the refund through and even asked cash or on the debit card i said cash needed for other auto expenses. Whew I was exhausted. This all starts with leadership and all should be proficient in these processes.
