I needed the person to assist me with a part that I needed for my bumper. I showed him where in the body of the car that I needed. He did not look it up. He just pointed to a row where bumper clips were. He gave poor service.

This location has often been dismissive of providing services. Once I had products in my hand, then they asked if I needed help. When I needed a battery tested before, they denied me, and I went to Pet Boys next door instead. Today, they also seemed eager to dismiss to a self check sort of checkout, instead of providing customer service. Geesh.
