Bad customer service by store member. I asked for a product that was in inventory but not yet in the shelves and the member did not want to get the product even though it was in the store. Recommend team members fully assist customers if it is in their ability to do so.

Slowest employees than any other store, and never have two things that work together in stock. Have to drive to other stores across town to be able to get the job done!

Wish i could put less than 1 star. Went in to get a battery life check and was given little to no information about my battery. Had to ask many questions to receive answers. Had to buy a new battery because mine was “low” lady checked me out and i stood there waiting because i thought they were going to install my battery for me. Turns out after waiting that they couldn’t because i have a cross bar on my battery. I have a Nissan Sentra. Autozones in the past have installed for me anyway. So i took my battery to the nearest autozone on Potranco and Jonathan was able to install my battery AND gave me a discount for my troubles.
It was the lady on Marbach that “helped” me

The Manager of Marbach Store Jose Rubio was very helpful and understanding of my needs. Smiling as well during our conversation which is a plus as customer service is #1 as 1st impression of business ethics. He is a credit to this business and would recommend this store to all! Just a Veteran's observation but one that has always been respected.
