It’s Autozone don’t get me wrong there’s its ups and downs but man some people need to get it through their head this is a Auto parts sales place not a damn mechanic shop the employees are not obligated to install or do really any kind of work on people’s vehicles except for a BATTERY CHECK and CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TEST , never the less sometimes they like to help especially if you’re in a bad situation but throwing a fit like a child kicking stuff and throwing stuff should never be the answer nor accepted just because the employees can’t and won’t do something then coming to leave a review like it’s the employees fault straight lying like no tomorrow honestly sometimes it’s not even the employees that ruins my trip but another CUSTOMER!

Gina is unprofessional and clearly doesn’t know how to change a screw from a windshield wiper arm but got plenty of screws loose on her that’s for sure. As hot it is outside, I shouldn’t have to service my own vehicle in front of “professionals” I could’ve just stayed at home if I’d known that was gonna be the case. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!!!

Just moved to the area, cracked my oil filter cap trying to change my oil. Went to AutoZone yesterday to get the tool to get the oil filter off which they had. They didn’t have the cap, but the older fella with glasses there was real nice. Friendly as all get out. Made the whole experience a lot better.
Contrast that with O'Reilly's. Went there to get the part, and the fat guy with glasses treated me like a drug addict. Rude as all get out. Guess AutoZone’s my store now. Shows you how much a good customer interaction means to me. I’ll wait for Autozone to order the part next time. That’s my fault.

Adam C was the associate that helped me. I walked in and explained that back turn signal wasn't working, I needed windshield wipers and my seat belt wasn't locking. He didn't hesitate. He grabbed his tools and said, let's go have a look. Right away he took the bulb out, looked at my windshield wipers and back in the store we went. He shopped everything for me at affordable prices. He suggested wd-40 for my seat belt, and a cleaner for the motor because I asked him. After I paid, he installed everything for me right there. I explained I needed to pass inspection. He had me turning on lights, hitting the breaks, checking the hazards, checking the turn signals just to make sure everything worked. I haven't seen this type of customer service in years!!! Professional and polite and really went over and beyond my expectations. I was not expecting that! Adam C, I wish more people cared and took pride in their employment performances. You really are a valuable employee. I appreciate you!
