The manager ABDUL is absolute trash. Talking trash about “mean” customers because THEIR self checkout was down and I was in a hurry and trying to figure the system out. He had the audacity to start making comments about “mean customers” cuz it’s raining. I’ll be taking all my business to oreilys down the road where they have GOOD customer service. And I spend thousands at parts stores every few months.

You ever order something online to go pick up? Never got notifications almost 6 hours after I ordered and when I got there to see, young lady acted like I was bothering her. Not the type of service one should receive.

Amazing customer service…had a little hiccup and I lost my receipt, the equipment I purchased was also not under my number. The general manager saved my day! He was able to look up the transaction and put my number. The part we had purchased wasn’t the right size. We couldn’t exchange the part. They fixed it so we could so we could exchange it. Thank you so much!!

Went to check our battery and possibly alternator, the manager was very obviously unhappy to help and with more than satisfied doing the bare minimum. Not to mention her attempt at walking away calling, “Have a good day” before resolving our requests.
They tested our battery and told us it was fine, then when we asked them to check our alternator we were told to change our battery before they can check our alternator; being a contradictory statement.

Please have a conversation with Cassie about her customer service and professionalism. Came in to buy break pads, she took a phone call while helping me at the register. She got overwhelmed very quickly as the phone customer was a premium cust. She put them on hold then stormed off in frustration saying he things he special. After waiting over 10 min she finally returned still upset and continues to complain about that customer. It was very clear she is over whelmed and under trained to deal with a light influx of customers as while we waited you can imagine 3 more people piled up behind us. She showed no lack of care that she left thr desk for such a long time.

Diane and the staff went above and beyond to help us. One of the best auto zones we have been to. They are supportive unlike the other AutoZone down the street. This is the AutoZone to go to!
