Went in to purchase few replacement bulbs for my rear tail light. Monroe explained to me that I needed to replace the led lights, the whole thing needed to be replaced. I shared with him that the shop told me I only needed to replace a few bulbs. I called the shop, that I just left, and they told me again that I needed to replace few bulbs. I then went back in to buy two bulbs. Monroe explained to me again that I needed to replace the led lights, therefore i needed to replace the entire light. He took me to my car and showed me which lights were out. I called the shop again and Monroe was right, I did need to replace the entire light. I ordered it from AutoZone and it came in a week later. I went to pick it up and asked Monroe if he could help me change it out. Thankfully he was getting off in few minutes. He did change it out for me and it was finally fixed. The service was professional and they knew what the problem was. I always go to this location and receive the best service. All the staff is very friendly as well! So thankful they helped me!

Went in this morning to try and buy a product. Waited around at front desk and nobody was available to assist. One clerk was at his station on the phone. He finished his call and then proceed to answer the phone again while I waited with no acknowledgment. When I asked if anyone was available to help he mumbled something then just went to the back with no mention of being able to help me purchase the product. Left at the front of the store with nobody in sight, I left the items in the counter and walked out.

Martin was wonderful , I went to another autozone trying before this one to find my warranty on a battery and wasn’t able to search for it and told me to go back to the auto zone I purchased my battery. Martin was the one to help me find it. 10/10 service.

I came here today to get light bulbs for the front part of my car. Angel was at the register and help me out. Great Customer service. He was very nice prompt and professional. He went out of his way to make sure i get the right parts and also help me out to install the bulb on my car without hesitating. Definitely will come back to this location again.

James was extremely helpful and courteous. Today I needed a battery replacement for my vehicle. I didn’t know how to get the task done.
James helped me replace it and went above and beyond to get the job done. The manager was very nice and helpful as well. Recommending auto zone for all your automotive needs is an understatement. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the excellent customer service from everyone.

Took time out of my 3 hour trip home to take a quick detour and come pickup coolant for my car. Arrived at 8:57, tried to open the doors to the front and both were locked. Manager and employee doing all they can to avoid eye contact. Today is Sunday 06/30/2024, so AutoZone closes early at 9. I have worked retail and those last minute customers are annoying but I really needed coolant and this was the closest place to me, so I was extremely upset I detour 15 minutes, to not even be let in the store and ignored. Very unprofessional. I don’t understand why it says close @9 PM online. I would’ve been in and out, if It was passed 9pm I could understand , but 3 mins you can let me in and lemme get what I need really quick. Pretty ridiculous, but I understand. Just unprofessional.

I came in to get a scan on my car! Today around 7:45-830! The gentleman refused to come scan my car because he stated it was only him and a female. He refused to help me probably because my English was broken. I waited 20 minutes watching him just play on his phone doing absolutely nothing! Once I saw every customer leave the store! I went back in to ask the female if she could help me by scanning my car, mind you she does speak Spanish and was willing to help me but the gentleman ( lack of) told her no! Worst customer service ever! He fails to realize I am a paying customer and he only has a paycheck because we purchase from that store! I will never return to that store and probably never again to AutoZone especially if they allow that kind of lack of customer service!!!!!!
