This is definitely the best AutoZone! They are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. This was true again today when Jack confirmed my “zero charge” battery was ready to be replaced! He was so helpful and quick! Thank you AutoZone & especially Jack!!!

Jack is amazing! Helped me diagnose what was causing the check engine light on my Chevy Silverado. Then helped me fix it and put the windshield wiper replacements on my truck. Being a female going into any kind of car repair place is very hit or miss. Sometimes you get guys that treat you like an idiot (or worse). Not Jack!!! He was respectful and knowledgable. Gals, if you want to be treated with respect, go see Jack at this AutoZone!!!

Marco Valdes at AutoZone 1000 Oaks provided an outstanding experience during my recent visit about three weeks ago!!.
He quickly diagnosed the vehicle issues because i was having trouble starting my truck, and efficiently changed out the battery and wipers in just under 15 minutes. His knowledge of products and quick problem-solving skills were impressive, making him a great asset to the store. Marco's friendly demeanor and willingness to help ensured that I left satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. Highly recommend him for his professionalism and efficiency!

Went to this location yesterday. Jack went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. He checked my car out and addressed my concerns thoroughly. I left and came back with more questions and he again went above and beyond. Very happy I chose that Auto Zone. Jack was kind, thorough and very professional. This place has gained a customer! This AutoZone is always helpful and has exactly what I need.
I was changing my brakes and picked up pads a few days ago, decided today to change the rotors too and the manager refunded the pads and gave me the active deal to help me save some. Customer service is top notch and makes me willing to return for all auto needs.

Sean and Peggy were GREAT!
Sean helped me diagnose my problem; I thought it was an alternator, but it was just a bad battery.
They helped me pick out a replacement battery that was affordable and still met my needs - without overselling me.
Then Peggy installed the new battery and made sure it worked.
Throughout the entire experience, they were not only thorough, courteous and professional - they were patient and genuinely friendly.
I've been a loyal AutoZone customer for more than 20 years. Experiences like today just reaffirm why you're my First and BEST Choice every time!

This is the best AutoZone hands down the staff is super friendly and very attentive. Sean has helped me several times when I’ve been there. Mr Jack is very sweet. Laura, Peggy ,Ray and the store manager have always been very polite and helpful always making sure to say hi and the evening guys (Joe ,Will and Marco) are really helpful too
