went in today to fix a bulb for my headlight, got GREAT service from a guy named dave, (or david) older gentleman!! he was so kind, and even walked me through how to change my own bulb just incase i run into the issue again! as a young girl going to autozone by myself i was a little nervous but he was so nice!! i’ll definitely come back and ask for dave again!

Went in for a bulb for my front driver side signal light. I went in knowing exactly what I needed and the guy treated me like I was stupid. It’s the older man with a beard. He not only was absolutely rude and totally lacking in any customer service skills… he also sold me the wrong bulb. After looking it up in his system. It almost burned all the wires in my light. Posting a pic of what light it should have been and what he sold me. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Don’t know how people are like this when they’re in the people business.

Gonzalo helped out so much. Recommend this auto zone over the rest, my man didn’t know how to change the battery out of my Kia key but soon learned how to VERY quickly and sent me on my way. Very happy with the service. Keep up the great work.
