Went in to this location this morning, as it is the closest to me. I stepped in the line and the manager immediately had a bad attitude. No welcome or customer service at all. There were two employees in the store and no other customers. I asked the store manager Holly C if she could assist me with checking my vehicle for the check engine light, as I’ve just back from deployment and it’s intermittent. She said “our machine doesn’t do that.” I asked her again because I was certain it does. She again repeated it does not and stated that I need to take it to mechanic, without even going outside. I purchased an air freshener. I drove 5 mins down the road the Bulverde location, where I was immediately helped by Jay-D. He did exactly what she said they couldn’t do and printed a copy of the codes that my vehicle was populating and it was simple fix and applied the military discount unlike the air freshener I bought at this location. If I took Holly C advice, I would be paying a mechanic more money and time for labor. Very bad experience, and I will now always take the 5 min drive a little further for better customer service.

What a Terrible experience with a elderly man who works there very rude. I didn't get his name but he has a very strong speaking English language Accent. His a tall Spanish speaking man. He was being rude with his own coworkers talking down on them and other customers. I absolutely think he doesn't know anything about Customer service. Next time I will Definitely get his name and Report him directly with The Corporate office of Auto Zone!

Went in for an oil drain plug and the manager opening this morning was very rude and short. Couldn’t explain what issue I was having without him interrupting and speaking over me every time I tried to speak, telling me to “just take it to a shop.” Good to know AutoZone tells their managers to “just take it to a shop” instead of buying parts form their auto parts stores.

They didn't have or wrre out of stock on both items I needed, plus the break clean they did have had a miss labeled shelf price. I walked out empty-handed.
