My experience with AutoZone left me disappointed and frustrated. I dropped off a battery for a recharge, expecting a call once it was completed, as promised by the staff. However, 24 hours passed without any communication. Even after a week, there was still no update. The lack of follow-through on their commitment was not only inconvenient but also led to me almost forgetting about the battery during the busy holiday season.Considering this AutoZone is in my neighborhood, the disappointment is even more disheartening. Local businesses should inspire trust and reliability, yet this experience has left me reluctant to use my nearby AutoZone in the future. It's unfortunate that a convenient location turned out to be unreliable in service. As a result, I've decided to take my business elsewhere, seeking a more dependable and customer-focused auto parts store.

Dominic is the best previously purchased brake pads and was having ridiculous amounts of noise from the brakes and Based on Dominic’s advice tried a better set of pads and the issue was immediately resolved. Dude knows his stuff and was able to do the replacement under warranty and saved me a massive headache!

5 out of 5 stars!!! The manager was so nice and handle several things at once. The gentleman that replaced my battery was quick and polite. If anyone deserves a tip, it’s these guys. WELL DONE!

I absolutely HATE to be “that” person, however…. I called the store to ask them about if they had some tools and a couple of questions about the type of oil I would need to change my oil on my 2016 Honda Civic (this would be my first time doing my own oil change and on this particular car) . Sandra answered the phone. I started my sentence to ask my few questions. Instead of listening or even simply letting me finish, she rudely interrupted me and said “Google it. Just google it”. I’m honestly EXTREMELY shocked and disappointed. I’ve never had such terrible and rude customer service. I will never be using AutoZone again.

Ray assisted me as soon as I set through the door. He accessed my situation and had a solution within 10 minutes from walking through the door. He also rendered me the assistance of installing the battery and testing my starting and charging system. By his natural professionalism I really don’t believe my apparent impairment made any difference to him. Thank you Ray for you assistance.

THEY WERE AMAZING! I could not have fixed my front light without their assistance. It took longer than I expected, but the tech was so patient, and we had a very nice conversation as well. I can't remember his first name, but his initials are D.D.

The manager Jennifer at store 4224 was beyond helpful. From the moment we called to going in. She helped us make sure the battery we ordered was in and provided additional support on extra parts we needed. She is extremely professional and very bubbly to associate with.
