Some of the new model trucks batteries are pains to remove. Tech took extra care and did it right and secured everything back in place.

I want to compliment the night crew.
Mr. Smith, who has been at the Potranco location for a few months, always has a great attitude and goes out of his way to help. I really like the night crew that works alongside Mr. Smith. They all seem to be very helpful and happy to help. That is rare to find in most Auto Stores, but the team at this location goes above and beyond providing great customer service that I wanted to show some recognition to him and his team. They really make my day enjoyable and easy to find parts that I need with much experience and hats off to always willing to step up and help with a smile. Thank you, and it feels great to have talented workers in our neighborhood.

Visited store on 4.29.25 to drop off old oil, female employee was rude and no help at all. would not take more than 5 quarts, barking at me rather than speaking

Manager quoted price for a part more than double it actually was...thank goodness it's easy to check things on the internet or I'd have been scammed out of $400 :(

I was having problems removing my old battery from my truck and Tim, who was on duty at the Potranco location took the time to help me removed a broken bolt and allowed me to replace it with a new battery!! Thank

10 out of 10 experience compared to O’Reilly much more in stock great customer service. Tim and Anthony helped me out and they were amazing. Only coming to AutoZone for everything.
