Went to the AutoZone on Marbach San Antonio Texas with a 3-month-old battery. They refuse to warranty because somebody made a mistake in the computer. They found it but they refused warrant it. Personally I'll never walk into another AutoZone . O'Reilly's will have my business from now on. Also the people working there were very rude and not educated on Auto parts whatsoever.

I was try to ask a question and the girl opener didnt even look at me when i asked her a question and could not give me a answer she just said whqt we have there is what we git horrible customer service dont recommend to go the orielies has way better service

I came in to replace my rear wiper blade (after a car wash ripped it off 😜) and not only did they have it, it wasn’t outrageously priced. In years past it has difficult to find this specific wiper blade. When I was checking out the sales associate asked if I was sure it was the right one, which I had checked twice, but I asked him to check again for me. He looked it up to confirm I was getting the right one. Helpful, quick, and clean store!

The staff sees customers waiting in line but doesn’t acknowledge them. Instead, they move slowly and take their sweet time, leading to long wait times at checkout. You’ll likely get faster service elsewhere
