The Autozone on Pearsall Rd has excellent customer service. The manager, Victor, was extremely professional and assisted me in a caring and friendly way. His employees were also very helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. This store has my business 100% from now on!

The service is getting worse by the day, no knowledge, no kindness, i had to return three times because they didn't charge my battery in two occasions, don't offer a service that you're not going to comply. I expected more considering how much business they have been losing due to their higher prices.

It's not the first time I've been there and there's a lady who served us very poorly. I assume that because she can't speak much English, her name is Nicole. They should teach her what customer service is.

There is a girl there named Monica ! I say girl because even a child has more respect than she does . She has lost her integrity and respect for customers. Her head has overgrown her body . She really needs to be removed and humbled . Needs to go back and learn the basics about customer service . Also needs to let go her past and learn to forgive those who mistreated her because now she is treating customers the same way .

Had 2 lights out on my truck, and couldn't get my inspection to pass. The employee helped me by checking to see which ones exactly where out and even switched them out for me. Thank you Christopher M. for all the help.

I came into AutoZone and Oscar was a really big help. He took the time to check my battery and answer my numerous questions. For now I didn’t buy a battery but I was able to purchase a machine to jump my car in case this continues to happen.
