Cat was very helpful and friendly. I had issues with my Aveda rewards and she was more than willing to help me take care of it. She was also knowledgeable of all the products and was able to steer me in the right direction. I popped in on a whim and left feeling pleased with my unplanned purchase.

Great products. It can be a little confusing which product is best for each person. The associates at the store are incredibly helpful in that regard. Another aspect of my 5☆review is that they not only recommend which product they think is for you, but they'll give samples so you can try it out before purchase ..... or you can buy the full-size product and if it doesn't work for you ..... bring it back for an exchange of another product that may be more appropriate for your skin care or hair care needs. I really enjoy shopping at this store. ☆☆☆☆☆+

I’ve visited this store a number of times and each time the employees were incredibly helpful. I especially love that they are willing to provide samples, which reduces the amount of returns customers have to make. If you do need to make a return, however, their policy is generous. I’ll continue to visit this location ?. Thank you, Aveda employees, for the outstanding customer service!

Excellent products and all natural! I love the exfoliate for break outs and various skin lesions. The wear in hair conditioner holds my hair in place and makes it look healthy and feeling soft.
