Thank you Katie for all you did to make a perfect little Easter basket for our granddaughter. I rushed in 20 minutes before closing on Saturday since the baby was born early that morning. I knew I would find a bunny at the very least, but instead I got a tiny filled basket just right for a newborn! Katie, you made it happen! Thank you.

Absolutely love this store. This is my go to spot to get gifts for my friends children. They have a great selection of cute/fun outfits that you wont find anywhere else. The two girls they have working the store are so friendly they helped me wrap my purchase. Also the magnetic pajama's?!?!?! SO COOL! Love this store and highly recommend this store to anyone with newborns and little ones.

Horrible experience was not greeted and overheard employees talking about me stating they didn’t think I’d even buy anything so why help me. They just completed ignored me the entire time and i did need help finding a specific size but oh well spent my money elsewhere.

First time stopping by. Had been wanting to visit since a close friend had gifted my daughter a piece of clothing from the store and always talked about how cute the selection was. I had been looking forward to this visit but left pretty disappointed. I was not greeted when I walked in, but then again, I may have been interrupting a break since the employee came from the back room. Still not an excuse. I did have my questions answered, but there was no willingness to help. She was too busy wrapping a gift. I was the only customer there the majority of the time and i only purchased because I was in desperate need of gifts and had no time to go elsewhere. I wasn’t offered the gift wrapping option, but by then I was just so uncomfortable that I didn’t care. I paid for my items and even said thank you on my way out. You guessed it, no response. Such poor customer service for such a beautiful boutique.***Edited to add***As everyone can see, I received a reply from management almost immediately.Karen, I appreciate your fast response and willingness to make this right; but after reading past reviews, I see that this has been an ongoing problem for the last few years. “Making it right” for each person who has spoken up, has not solved the problem. Because of this, I have chosen to politely decline your offer. I sincerely hope the service improves because like I’ve mentioned before, you have such a beautiful boutique. Best wishes.

This is my favorite baby store in San Antonio! I have been shopping here for all three of my girls over the last 8+ years. Karen has the best taste and always has unique and beautiful baby clothes and gear. Beautiful monogramming, too! I highly recommend if you’re shopping for your own kids or need a stand out baby gift.

I went to Bambino’s this past week and was very disappointed. The store was empty, I was the only customer in there, and no one offered to help. When I went to pay I was charged double the price. I’m the one that had to correct them right away.

Best childrens shop in San Antonio! Cutest clothing for babies, toddlers, and children and I always find the most precious gifts here too. Staff is always helpful and store has a darling child-friendly space for my little ones to play while I shop. Highly recommend this boutique.

Picked out 4 items and no one spoke to me. Put them (boy baby newborn outfits) on a stool to be in line and a woman was that was just talking to employee and asking questions . They helped her before they even spoke to me. No one said hello, kiss my foot or anything. Their loss. I just spent $700 US dollars at Belles and Beaus on my grandson and was going to get a gift for a new grand baby of a friend. So guess where I am after the insulting experience at Bambinos at 4:05 to 4:25 pm today. I am at BELLES and BEAUS back to spend $300 for my gifts. Ever going to go there again.

I wanted to make an exchange , because i purchased the wrong size. One of the girl said; "no exchange or return..." I said, " You need to help me, just an exchange.. I want to be your customer." Luckily the main lady heard the conversation from in another room, she came and helped me. Thank to her!..

Not what I was expecting but the store was beautiful and the staff helped me right away. If you want high end, special occasion, or customizable baby clothes, this is a nice boutique to start.

I recently visited while on vacation and spent quite a lot. Never told I could not obtain refund. After sharing items with my daughter she purchased similar items elsewhere and within 20 hours I attempted to return for credit on my debit card and was told no refunds only store credit was the policy. Not told this ahead of time I asked about mail orders and returns and was told the same thing. Expensive lesson learned! BEWARE of Bambinos policy. Will never make a purchase again at this store again
