We have been bringing our new addition to the family, his name is Chango! ? He loves coming here and gets all the attention! He doesn’t complain about coming to his appointments because he always gets a treat after! Want to thank everyone here for taking care of our Changito! Friendly staff and appreciate how they walk you through the filling out forms, what he will be seen for and what to expect for payment when we pick him up after! Very informative! Chango will be having surgery at another hospital, a little nervous, hoping all goes well! ? My baby! ??

My cat receives excellent wellness care at Banfield, the thing I don't like is when my cat is ill, you cannot get in to see the vet.

I love the vets here at this location but the front desk staff is very stand-offish, lacks customer service skills and is scattered. One in particular was unable to answer my question clearly and when asked for clarification, her answer changed twice. Another member stepped in to answer my question but was less than kind and borderline rude. I was unable to receive accurate and clear answers about my dog and the wellness plan, leading to my premature departure to go to another location.

For a simple new-pet wellness exam and vaccines, they want you to drop your pet off in the morning and leave it there ALL DAY. I made a 3:30 pm appointment for a simple exam and vaccines for a kitten I rescued. Their policy is to drop off the animal at 8:30 am, leave them there till the exam, then they'll do the exam without you there, and you'll pick up the pet in the late afternoon. Why in the world would I leave my pet there all day for a simple exam -- plus I want to be there during the exam to ask questions, hear the vet's feedback, etc. The drop-off policy made since during the pandemic and would make sense for surgery or procedures that require observing the pet for a while -- but it's a simple exam and it's well past the pandemic height (now October 2023) and ridiculous to expect to keep a little pet crated in a strange place all day.

Dr.Diaz sucks and the staff are sensitive as hell. I wouldn’t go here if you are pregnant with raging hormones cause you’ll definitely go off.

When it comes to the care and concern of the pets. They are sufficient, polite and thorough. Now when it comes to the wellness plans and cancellations or the pet is no longer with us. They are not so accommodating and the phone tag game is ridiculous.

I like the place always good with my pets except today. I called and told them my dog needed to be seen. She was dehydrated and vomiting water. They wouldn’t ask the vet to order medication for nausea at all. Took my dog to bcc animal hospital and come to find your she has tumors on her liver.

We were in town and called to inquire about emergency flea treatment for our pet. The person on the line was extremely helpful by giving us the information we needed.

I love Banfield on Culebra! They always take such good care of my puppy Moose. He loves the whole staff. I love their wellness plan, it saved me so much money and it is the best plan for my fur baby. I always recommend them to everyone.

I like the services they provide for my pets. I don’t like how they lock a person into a contract. Two of my cats (one ran away) and the other got stolen and they still made me pay for a whole year of services not provided. I couldn’t put any of my new pets on the coverage. Until I paid for the other ones I lost. No bieno

Brought my dog in for a drop off comprehensive exam at 09:00. Requested to pick her up at 2:00. At 3:00 I called as I didn't receive a call. No answer. I called 6 times with no answer. There should be no need to keep her there all day just for a comprehensive exam. Ridiculous how no one answers the phone.

Needed to get my dogs paws checked because of an issue that's been occurring for a few days. Thankful they were able to get me in so last minute, however, I am NOT a fan of the drop off vet visits. I dropped my dog off at 11am, and only did the drop off visit because I wanted to get him in before the weekend. I was originally told they make phone calls to speak with owners about the visit and treatment plans between 12-1pm. I call them at 1:15 pm to check in on his status. I was told he'd already been seen that the vet would call me shortly to review treatment plans. Over another HOUR goes by waiting for the phone call so I go inside. They say that the estimated time of 12-1 wasn't correct, that they'd call when he was ready so I didn't waste my time. I tell them I was told an hour ago I would receive a phone call shortly. They proceed to tell me the vet was on her lunch break for another 15 mins then she had 6 clients including myself to call and go over treatment plans. Was another 30-45 mins before someone came out to speak with me. Vet was very in personal. Terrible experience. Would NEVER recommend. Even the phone call in the morning to make the appointment, sounded like they could care less why I was calling. Won't be back. Save yourself the headache and don't use banfield. 3.5-4 hours before I was leaving with my dog for a simple exam that prior to changing to drop off visits only took us like 30 mins before someone would come in to speak with us. Was never over an hour before they had our treatment plan ready. Only 2 stars because they were able to fit me in same day.3.5 hours to tell me it was an allergy issue that lead to infection in one of his paws. And send him home with antibiotics.

As soon as I was about to enter, there was a HUGE dog already at the front desk. It had me pause. The 'mother' of dog assured me he was friendly, but I wasn't taking any chances. The staff did not intervene, so I stayed outside the door until they moved him to thy back. I was allowed to see the treatment done on MiMi and she was not distressed at any time. Great job!
