This was the worst experience I have ever had coming from out of town. The tall lady was rude and was no help at all she looked at me like I was a scammer and treated me as such I left and came back and she looked surprised because she thought the task she sent me was impossible she didn't even put my money in the envelope just handed it to me with the two envelopes. Very dismissive when asked what should or could I do to fix the issue at that moment. My first and last time going to that bank would not recommend it to anyone at all. ??

Front line staff, about half the time it seems, won't complete my transaction till i hear their pitch about some new service, card, etc.☹️ ... "Officed" employees seem to be given the most training in sales itself (only), without having any knowledge of what they're selling ....on 1 occasion I asked a basic bank question: what's the maximum interest I can earn before it gets reported INT-1099? Just a blank stare, they didn't know?

Most of the time there is a line either the employees are working too slow or they are short of employees, second needed to do a simple notary went in the first time the person who was supposed to do notary was not in or she was gone for the day, I went in the second time she says I have to make an appointment for a notary because she is full with the clients and it has to be done 2 days latter I was surprised.

Some girl at the counter with WAY too much make up on was so rude to an old man in front of me telling him he couldn’t fill out his deposit slip at the window.Why do you keep hiring these people with no customer service skills or personality. Don’t you realize there are other banks like Frost who care??

Horrible customer service. This location opens an hour earlier than most, so seemed like a great idea to get change for my business. Fugly bank teller gave me a hard time when trying to use there services.

They never answer the phone for questions or inquiries. NEVER...This problem hasnt gotten any better. Its nearly impossible to talk to customer service agents for issues. They expect you to talk to robots to get answers. One hour wait times and still no one answers the phone. Ill be chanhging banks here in the near future.

Do these people ever answer their phones? You can't tell me they are constantly busy as you can not even get through to talk to a live person just the recording over and over for an hour I tried solid and same thing. You try to go online and schedule an appointment and you can't even do that. What is wrong with this Bank?? I need help but I am thinking this is all a scam with this bank.

1/8th of a star...I used to work at BofA and I am glad that I left. The bank in general is pointless. LOL, why have phones if they will not be answered. I currently work for a great bank and one that will always answer the phones within 3 rings or less, as this is one of the ways we show that our customers mean more than a number. Please Please Please leave this bank, if you have autopayments for your Mortgage or Vehicle so that you are receiving a lower interest rate then I understand. But, please consider that your everyday transactions style account be one that is from a bank that believes in you, and that understands that they wouldn't be in existence if their customers didn't feel important.
