I went for simple check cash, yes I know I will pay a fee. They ran the check (printed on it) then after say, it's over the limit. It's literally $317.00 and change. Don't go here. DON'T. I COULDNDNT CASH MY CHECK AFTER THEY PRINTED ON IT AND DREW OUT A LINE OVER THE PRINTING. There are so many other banking institutions out there, foregoe this one.

Are you f ing serious, 6 workers in the building chitchatting and only one teller who's been with one person since I got here plus another 18 minutes and counting. Get it moving. Y'all need to close this down as it's useless. Why is there even someone greeting? Get to workkkk

I wish there was a zero stars. There is absolutely no customer service here. Yes I understand. You can go to the drive-through and you can deposit money but past that it is a cold, lonely, crappy bank. We're trying to open a bank account for our kids. They are requiring we have passports for some reason we're not international. Also, we need to bring their Social Security cards. And I understand having some kind of idea but we have been here three times and every time has been a different story. Time to try another bank I guess so here's your one star Bank of America. Nice job.!!!!

I've had Bank of America credit cards for many years. I got the travel card strictly for traveling. I needed to purchase euros, so I made an appointment with the bank as noted on their webpage I couldn't do it on the app because I only had three credit cards and no bank account. I went in, no one knew what to do, they first told me I could not because I didnt have a checking, when I read the add to them they tried to do it. They would not let me use the credit card to purchase the euros which is why I got the card to begin with, then I had 3000 available in the cash advance so I asked to do that since they didnt take my card or my check. Id never used the cash advance before and was not informed of the $100 fee, just the higher interest rate. I was also unaware it would cost me an additional $80 per 1000; I got 2000 so it cost me a grand total of $260.00 plus advanced interest of nearly $50.00. So much for the value of their travel card. Oh id did save about $10 when using my Credit card in the UK. Im paying it off and closing it out. It is a money pit. Plus there is no way to get help as answering any phone calls is not their thing I guess. no help, bad card, I have two more normal credit cards I will pay off and close as soon as possible. BEWARE, they sound good online, but trying to get customer service is very difficult. Call me "out $300 bucks" on this and a lesson learned. Dont be in a hurry, read the nine page disclosure fully UGH COMMON SENSE SAYS ADVISE YOUR CUSTOMER OF THE FEES BEFORE THE TRANSACTION

I've been trying for an hour trying to speak to someone at Bank of America. The message center is doing a loop and no one is answering, the I got disconnected. They won't talk to you unless you set up an appointment which might be for days. I have immediate concern and I'm stuck!

if i can give zero star, i would. Only one teller available while customers are triggering in after me (I am number 2 of 6 other customers standing a long time). The other 3 staff including the manager sitting around idling and chit chatting. I was even more alarmed of the manager's tone he used. I asked why are there not more staff that can mend the counter. The response was astounding "We don't have enough of associate", I asked "why other staff is not helping?", He was extremely rude and responded "you are lucky we didn't close the branch and you only waited for 10 mins" while he was looking at his watch. I was appalled by his comments. This is the first time of 30 yrs banking with Bank of America.

Here we go again. Bank of America is following the new trend of "just expect shitty service". The days of BOA having relationships with its customers is over. Now it just stand in line & wait. Why I put up with this confuses me - although it's probably because I have had my account with them since the 80's. Don't expect good service. Expect to see employees standing around.

Visited this branch twice recently and left both times without getting what I stopped for because the wait was too long. Each time there was only one teller inside, and there was no drive up service. The second time I asked the manager why there was only one teller, and he couldn't or wouldn't answer, other than to say, "That's all we have." He asked what I needed, which was a $100 bill, and said I could get one from the ATM machine in the bank, which he tried to help me use, only to discover that it didn't work. I stopped at a different branch a few miles away, but it was entirely closed. The ATM machine there worked though.

Since my father's death in 2018, I take care of most of my mother's financial affairs; this branch became my "go to" location. However, after the past few visits, I'm headed to other branches - no matter how inconvenient.A few months ago, I started noticing unhappy customers during my visits. Seems like there was always someone complaining about something - and yes - this was even "pre-corona". One of the most memorable was an elderly woman, who was irate at "forced inside" due to a consistently malfunctioning/unavailable drive thru.Even in the last few "corona-virus" riddled months, bad experiences persist. Most recently, I arrived around 9:45a to people standing outside. No signs, no notices posted regarding the lobby not opening until 10a, and I wouldn't have known unless another customer told me why we couldn't access the bank...Really? I realize Corona-world changed and affected how many businesses operate, but at least hang a freakin' sign! Instead, all we saw was a bank employee waiving their finger at us from the lobby.Anyway, once inside, I had trouble accessing my mother's account - even though I'm clearly "Power of Attorney" on BoA's system. The Tellers were no help, and everything I said or questioned was disregarded entirely. Instead of finding a possible way around the issue, it was simply easier to show me the door - telling me to call customer service because they "couldn't handle the matter". Can't even access our own money....So...who are all these other employees sitting in glass offices helping no one? Not going back: EVER.

It may just be that the entire banking industry is changing, but I definitely know that things have changed at Bank of America in the years that we have been banking with them. One of the most aggravating changes is their closure of the drive-up tellers. I don't understand this, and I don't like it. Someone, please ... explain why you did this. After getting customers used to having drive-up service, it feels super inconvenient and hassle-y to now demand that we get out and walk in. smh.So, I recently had to go make a deposit, and, of course, we all had to wear masks, and practice social distancing. Except for the guy standing about a foot away from me, doing I don't know what. When I mentioned this to the man at the door, who was obviously checking everyone to make sure we did the above, he shrugged his shoulders, then walked over to ask the man if he could help him. Didn't mention anything like, you're not in line, why are you standing here, please use social distancing, etc. Maybe he was a foreigner, and maybe they get a different set of rules. We did get a call from the bank, to ask if we were able to use the government loan money, though, so that is a positive. I'll end with that.
