This branch should be closed. Do not come here. This branch is short staffed. Every time I come the line is long and no other employee except the teller in the lobby to be found….The employees are slow, they only have 2 employees running the whole building. And when you address them about the wait time they just shrug their shoulders like “oh well you need something from us you have to wait”. Wasted 30 mins just to do a deposit. Very bad business do not waste your time

Let's start by the hours open 10-4 Mon-Fri. This happened February 8, 2024 as soon as I walked up to the teller and I didn't notice a name tag. She was Hispanic, dark, straight shoulder length hair, and a little heavy (sorry but no names) she was very short and unkind you could see it on her face. It was around 3:30 pm and they close at 4. I wasn't even in front of her for 2 minutes and she decided to not help me. Because I had fraudulent activity we closed my checking account and opened a new one. Unfortunately they didn't expedite my debit card. And no pin but what's even worse is my driver's license is expired and my appointments not till March. And I had been dealing with bank, Hulu and another merchant so I was frustrated and in a lot of pain from my arthritis and fibromyalgia. And was talking to myself say maybe it's time to change banks. I started crying and tried to explain what had been gone thru she didn't care. I've been banking with Bank of America for almost 14 years. The woman that greets you was a little bit nicer but all they saw was a woman being boisterous and a little irate, they didn't understand what I was going through. At least the one who's up front mainly was able to give me $100 of my money. Then I went back yesterday Friday, February 9, 2024 and this time a different younger Hispanic women ( no name tag) but right away she cut me off walked away leaving me there for 5 minutes. See I called the 1800 customer service number the woman on phone told me I could bring 2 forms of ID so I brought my birth certificate and social security card but the woman who helped me yesterday came up and stated at this location they don't except that. Unbelievable, I'm sorry but the women there lack customer service skills and don't seem to care how they treat customers. If you can't be kind and want to help your customers get another job!! The same female that seemed kind at first who's by the front had the nerve to say if you go to Driver's license place and wait you might get in because some people cancel instead of waiting till March. I'm sorry I don't drive and I have chronic pain. The nerve of her im 59 years old and have arthritis and have had 2 total knee replacement, back surgery and neck surgery. I will be contacting corporate office. I overheard the heavy Hispanic woman giving a gentleman a hard time. Come on is it really that hard to be helpful and courteous. I mean that is your job. Shame on you ladies at Marbach and 410 location in San Antonio, Tx. Only man working there is an old security guy outside in front of the door. I literally can't stand going there. Thank God my debit card came in later that day. I will be reporting there sorry a$$es. Excuse my French. ?

If I could rate zero stars for this location I would. My mom passed away 6 days ago. While the Houston branch treated us with great care and concern before we were able to obtain a death certificate, the rep at this Marbach location did not care at all. Once I received the death certificate all I needed to do was turn it in. Without offering any condolences, the rep simply stated they could not help because there were no appointments. I arrived an hour before they closed. This process would have taken 10 minutes since the case had already been opened and I just needed to drop of the death certificate. I tried calling in advance but no one would answer. My mom has banked with BOM for years, yet this is how her beneficiaries have been treated. PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

If you have a business and thinking of opening an account with them, save yourself the headache and go to a local bank. Each location I’ve been to has horrible service.

EMILY, the supervisor on shift refused to take my deposit for a business account due to the bills being rolled. When I asked for assistance, she proceeded to tell me I was making a line and to move off to the side. Her remarks were sarcastic and unwarranted. She didn’t provide any assistance and kept blaming me for the line. The line formed due to them having only two tellers.Don’t waste your time, the customer service is trash and I know at NFCU…that wouldn’t be the case.Photo of the line I formed, while EMILY in the black jacket chatting away with someone else instead of assisting me with my deposit.

It’s ridiculous to see one teller and multiple agents for customers at lobby ,,, cross train people or find a balance on the customers needs . You don’t have a drive thru anymore what’s the problem.

Hate this bank like everyone else, ridiculously annoying to try to get someone on the phone. shut my account down with no notice and transferred multiple times just to get disconnected at the end. This bank needs better employees and customer second

If i could give negative stars i would. Came in to make a wire transfer and was told they could not help me even after providing 2 forms of id they requested. The whole experience was a complete waste of my time. I will Be closing my account and moving my money to another banking institution.

Worst bank I’ve ever been to in my life. Never go on a Friday. No matter the weather they will force you to stand outside. There’s always just 1, maybe once in a blue moon 2 tellers helping anyone at all times. When the girls walk around with the iPad they pick and choose who they want to talk to no matter how long you’ve been waiting. One girl walked past a handicap man who was waiting longer than me outside and went straight to the man who was last in line outside.

Worst Bank of America you can visit. Never give you the change you need because they’re always short on coins. Service is soooo slow, you can spend more than 40 mins for a a teller service. Please do yourself a favor and go to other location

I walked in on a Friday afternoon simply to cash a check that was drawn from Bank of america. I used to be a Bank of America customer but because of their insane and obscene amount of fees and charges and miscellaneous processing expenses we left Bank of America and never looked back. My check amount was for less than $200. I'm informed that it's going to cost me $8 to cash a check that was drawn from that very Bank. Really!? One more reason why Bank of America is the king of fees.

I don’t think it’s very safe to stand outside in a line around the building of the bank, in the heat with a bank bag of money to deposit for my business. And it’s not just a busy day… I’ve tried to come all different weekdays and it is always waiting in a line outside.

The ATM misprinted my deposit amount! It's showing twenty was deposited when I deposited a WHOLE ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL!
