Immediately withdraw your funds and close your account‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Monday July 24, 2023 I came in and attempted to cash a 5,000 USD check. I was unable to cash the check due to the business bank account guidelines..No problem.. I cash the check elsewhere and immediately come back to the BOA stand alone ATM directly across from the bank (San Pedro — Bitters & 281)..I insert * 4,200 * USD into the machine which immediately displays the note “we are unable to return your cash. please confirm how much you’ve deposited” I type in 4,200 and the machines prints a receipt saying “sorry for the inconvenience you’ve encountered, please reach out to tech support” and only deposits * 300 * USD TOTAL..As you can imagine, I’m beyond upset..I call the bank manager at12500 San Pedro AveUnit 101San Antonio, TX 78216United States(Located directly across the street) to which she replies that they are unable to help due to the stand alone machine not being a part of their business..I call technical support and file a claim, only to find out:It will take anywhere from 10-45 business days to resolve the matter unless the bank finds reason to escalate the situation in which that case it will take 2-3 business days to review..I have an exclusive client in town since Monday.. this is beyond unacceptable. Not only are a large portion of my funds missing, the wait time is absolutely outrageous. This is my business bank account and I have important business to take care of on a day to day basis.I am more than unhappy with my experience banking at BOA.Today is Wednesday July 26, 2023 and I still haven’t received my deposit. I hope to have this issue resolved tomorrow. Once my funds have been returned, I plan to immediately shut down that account.‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Great service as I went in to make a payment today! Wish I would have asked the woman's name!!! Went in to pay in my credit card & mentioned I wanted to go back to banking with them but did not want to hold up the line due to client before me held the line up with all kind of questions in s that entail an appointment he knew just entitled attitude! That said she handled him & myself with such patience! It was incredible said she'd call me over the next few to see that I had an appointment set up to open my new banking account with them.

Recently had a very pleasant experience at this branch after a terrible experience at another branch earlier that morning. In fact, I've had several good experiences here. Service always quick and friendly. The "first branch" sent me out the door with a phone number for customer service because they couldn't fix my problem "on site", or some such BS. So, naturally, I tried another branch. When I arrived here, I was met with the kindest teller, who listened patiently to my problem. In all honesty, this branch was also ultimately unable to fix the issue, but the difference between the customer service at this branch vs the other branch that morning was NIGHT. AND. DAY. The teller here did everything she could possibly think of to fix the issue, checked with supervisors, etc. while the other branch couldn't be bothered with something as silly as good customer service. This branch officially became my "go to" branch. The ONLY problem: parking. It's as though the building doesn't have adequate parking for all tenants and visitors. Shouldn't be that hard to find parking at any office building.

They add (with drive- thru) to their name on google bjt that's false advertising. They waste people's time and get them to go there then you have to go inside. Rn is NOT the time for a pregnant women to go into the bank. This location needs to be retired.

Trash location. I come in to cash a check that's already been verified on lunch break only to get told to sit down on their stained red Goodwill chairs and watch people forming a line across the room and have some lady come up and tell me I have to go to the back of the line to check in. Disorganized honestly get it together cuz there should be ONE line of business told to customers about how to get their needs done in a timely manner.

I am not sure about the negative reviews? I went in today and was greeted promptly and professionally. Even though I was from out of town, I had multiple documents notarized and was out the door in a timely manner. I have no problems recommending this branch.

funny, I got the same treatment for the drive thru tellers.. and upon depositing my check, didnt see the money go through for about 7 hrs.. typically its there within an hour, tops.. come on BOA..

How do I rate 0 stars? I recommend servicing customers by the order they come in to the commercial drive-thru, not based on the sex of the individual making the deposit. I was the only person in the commercial lanes when I got there, but they decided to service a woman as soon as she pulled up to the lane next to me. It took so long to make a deposit of one check to the business' commercial business account, that I had to ask for the check and deposit slip back. Waited for almost 15 mins when the BOA on Thousand Oaks takes, at most, 10 seconds to process. Horrendous Customer Service!

Bad customer service, I went to get something notorized and Diana a manager denied us for some reason she made that I later found out wasn't BOA policy. So I went to another location down street and got it done no problem. Last time I was here they did motorized my document but the wait took forever. I recconmend using another branch. Update 2017 This place is a horrible branch. And it's all due to management. Could easily be fixed. This place makes me look forward to closing my account after 18+ years. They always come up with excuses. I will come to this location on the glorious day when I close my account here. Thank you for wasting my time always but giving me something to look forward to when I close my account.
