Son had to pick up books from the bookstore for Fall semester. Nice, calm environment inside the store at St.Mary's University. Employee went out of her way to go and get my son's books even though some were not ready. Thank you for great customer service and there was only one other person in front of us.

Graduated ten years ago and recently went to look for a nice polo or jacket. $89.99, not embroidered, just screen printed. StMU is a small DII school, so it is hard to find merchandise outside of St. Mary's itself. I understand that the bookstore charges students on the card, but what if alumni want a nice shirt or sweater every now and then?

The StMU bookstore only currently has a few items, none of which are great quality or stylish. There are little/no items that have embroidery (better quality, longer lasting). Additionally, there are a few items from Mount Saint Mary’s showing up on the bookstore page, which is the wrong school. I would just say do not go to this school if you are looking for any school spirit.- a disappointed alumna

Purchased a polo shirt and it is damaged. Called several times during their noted business hours and they never picked up. Sent an email with information and requesting return. Sent photos as requested. Now, it's been a week since I emailed the photos and no response. Very disappointed and will never shop for items again.

I just started a graduate degree here. I ordered 3 books about 3 weeks ago through an endlessly complicated online portal. I have only received one of the books. I had to go to campus to pick it up. I have called many times during business hours, just for an answering machine to hang up on me. I managed to send a couple of email which were never replied. I have been trying to stay current with my schoolwork but this bookstore makes it so hard.
