Service is absolutely trash. It never fails that every time I order food on the app I get to the window, they hand me my drink and try to send me on my merry way. I she to remind them I also ordered food. I don't know if it's a different screen or system the cashier doesn't see but it's pretty annoying. One of the food items I ordered was the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon. They hand me the bag and I'm shocked by what was served. I always order these all the time so I know what to expect. I tell them I didn't order this and reminded them of my order. She tells me....Oh we don't have that. I was like so you serve me a few pieces of plain broken bacon instead. So she gets her manager and she says, well what do you want then?? Well, not to be served this for $2.99 and not tell me. You don't just substitute something and not let the customer know. She's like well give it back and I'll give you something else. I said I'll take a refund. BTW... they are always consistent on their drinks. They need to work on their customer service and food issues.

Came in on a busy Saturday around 1030. There were 5- 6 staff members and everyone was busy managing in store traffic, drive thru, and all the tickets for mobile orders. Tbh, I did wait for about 5 mins to get attended to in the cashier, but I totally understand! They had their hands full, but never did I get a hint that they were annoyed, just busy doing their tasks. At the end of the day, my son enjoyed his donut and banana bread and I enjoyed my iced coffee.

After 2 botched cake orders I'm having to give this review. They really try to make up for their mistake with providing other things, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2, but who ever is making these cakes needs to do better. Firsts b day i order 2 weeks in advance. I get there, and they say the lady that makes the cake forgot so they offer me one in the freezer and some icecream. Then second b day, i come 3 days ahead just to get some icecream and remind them about my order. Time of b day I get there and it's taking a while for them to find it in the back so of course I'm getting worried. Turns out they just didn't have the topper they say. Honestly they could have just told me that quicker. But low and behold i cut the cake and its vanilla and we ordered chocolate. So either they forgot again and just gave me the closest thing they had or they messed up on that too. Either way i don't think I'll be doing the online order anymore. They have good icecream cake but whoever is supposed to keep track of these cakes is not doing a good job at all.

Ordered three donuts, one was a Angel cream, the angel cream had no filing in at all. Live in toward Castroville so not going to drive back but do not recommend this store

People pay the prices at Starbucks bc at least they get shit done. The first of two times I've ever been to Dunkin was roughly 2 weeks ago and I ordered through the app. Took 30 minutes receive my order. This second time I ordered 45 minutes in advance thinking there's no way I'd walk in and have my order not ready. Tell me why it wasn't. I'm one person ordering one drink. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice I'm literally never coming back.

Like the sole review before mine, we made a Sunday evening run for ice cream. While perusing the flavors available, I noticed that about a third were not marked, which, in some cases, makes idenfying flavors difficult. Enter the young employee.After discussing a couple of flavors, I asked for a quart size container with Coffee Shop and chocolate (2 different kinds). The young lady's response was, "We don't do that". Since when?I'm leaving out the majority of the awkward interaction with the employee. Thankfully, there were prepackaged flavors that my other family members were looking for.With all the options of restaurants, retail stores, and the like available these days, I have a very low tolerance for poor service, bad company policies, laziness, lack of customer care, etc. I'm not saying I need to be treated like royalty, but know your job and treat customers well.Baskin-Robbins...you no longer exist to me.

Waited 20 minutes in a drive thru for a coffee with 2 cars ahead. Get to window and they didn't know what we ordered.

been to this dunkin' donuts a few times and most of the time their not stocked on certain items but this is the worst donuts i've ever gotten from dunkin' donuts.

Kolaches and smoothies are our families favorite. Dine in or drive thru. We are always greeted and served kindly. Facility is clean and efficient. Keep up the good work Dunkin.

It is a Sunday night, the place is packed with customers. You have two staff members working their hearts out to serve the drive thru and the inside customers. They never stop they just keep working so hard to serve. We watched many people wait in line and leave due to the fact that they are clearly understaffed. They had great attitudes and hard working spirit, but come on management you need to get these staff members some help. You have no idea how many customers walked out because how long the lines were. These staff members could not have worked any harder than they were already working. Sunday July 9, 2023.

I don't think they make their donuts but once in the morning. Half the time they are out of what I ask for, and whatever I do get is stale. I got a chocolate creamer filled. Did not have the standard amount of creme, and the bread was dry and stale. . This is my third disappointment. The manager needs to step up their game. This store is headed for losing money

I waited for 35 minutes just for a shake and an iced coffee! They had 3 people working there and still took that long! They were all doing like side work instead of making orders. Horrible service! All of them were on their phones as well!

Super slow. Been in a few times now. It's mostly just young teenage girls working- they were never rude... but it would take 10 minutes just to walk up and get one donut off the shelf. Their donuts were fantastic though! A lot of Dunkin's are dry- This one is great! (Stay far away from their iced coffee though. It's awful)

Recently opened Duncan Donuts. Worst ice coffee I have ever tasted. Long, slow moving line. 10:05 AM they were out of Apple Fritters. I guess the good news is that based on my experience, the line won't continue to be long. I know I won't be back and I doubt if many people will unless qualify changes quickly. The other good news is that there is a good Shirley's Donuts close by.
