I have never shopped Bassett. We walked in and met Roger and ended up with a whole dining set we just took delivery on, and we loved it. Roger came out for the delivery. Roger is out of the park the best person i have ever worked with at any furniture store. I could go on forever about him. He is now helping me with the rest of my house.

I had an amazing experience throughout the process of my purchase with Basset in San Antonio, Texas located at The Rim. To begin with of most importance the customer service was top-notch! I was grateful to have a such an experienced and knowledgeable sales consultant Julio Canizalez. He has held up to the true meaning of customer service which is a rarity to find or experience these days. He was able to direct me through the vast amount of styles and designs of furniture which were then tailored to my taste. The product delivered exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Basset to anyone looking to purchase furniture of high quality accompanied with excellent service.

Ashley Sommer is pleasant and easy to work with. She kept us within budget for a couch we were looking for. To complete the look we wanted to achieve, Ashley made suggestions and brought out other decor items but wasn’t pushy about it. We enjoyed working with her and plan to use her for future needs.

I had a wonderful experience while choosing the right furniture for our room. Ashley went above and beyond with her great eye for fabrics and tips on what would look best in my space - she was professional and friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. She kept in touch with me after I left and scheduled our return visit with my husband. We have ordered three pieces from Bassett this trip and are excited for them to arrive! I will plan to consult with Ashley if we need anything else!
