Huebner Oaks Center. I had a very bad experience here 2 years ago. I'm officially amending my initial review because my hubby took me to this location on his own accord. The manager & staff were super friendly and super helpful! I wish I would've gotten their names. My $30 budget went to $80 after they showed me the sale going on. Whatever changes went on, they were obviously for the best.

Such a wonderful environment. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Anytime I have a question about any products. They have the knowledge and information about it.

So I place an online order for the sale advertised on the website mind you this is for someone's birthday. I arrive at the store before I receive the email saying my order is ready but I figure since I'm there and there were hardly any other customer's I would ask and hopefully since I mentioned to the rep that I'm on lunch she would get my order together which was only 4 items but nope she tells me I have to wait 2 hours before she could bag my 4 items so I say ok can she note down that they are a gift so I can get a gift bag etc and she tells me to let the rep know when I pick up my order. Fine, great I will now have to come back after work because you know customer service no longer exists apparently. I finally get the email/text almost 4 hours later that my order is ready but most of it was canceled because 3 of my 4 items are no longer available and the only notification I got was the one saying it was canceled!!! I am furious as this was a birthday gift for someone tomorrow and now I have to scramble with a fussy 2 year old and try to find gifts after work because of a lazy sales rep!!

They do not honor the online price here. They purposefully have higher prices here and will not honor them as pther stores do. Every other bath and body honors the online price. Horrible customer service. Very rude management. I will take my business elsewhere.
