I came in with crutches and while coming in a customer helped me opening and holding the door for me once i was done shopping two employees just standing by the door yapping away guy and a girl watch me approach the door and a really nice customer helped me open the door while she was passing by shopping.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I recently ordered the Belle adjustable nightlight online to pick up in the store. When I got there I saw numerous people in line with baskets full!!! As I was waiting, I got an email saying my order was cancelled!! As I look online I am seeing people selling this product from $65-$100! Why do y'all limit other items but not this one!?! I find it very unfair that I ordered and paid online and was then told I don't get one but other people could buy as many as they wanted in the store! Then I call customer service and all I'm told is that the phone call is being recorded and her supervisors will listen to my concerns. When I ask how will I know if my concerns are going to be taken care of, I am told they don't do call backs! I have always loved Bath and Body works, but after this experience I am done shopping with them!!

Over the course of years, the customer service level continues to drop! It has dropped so low now that I have decided to stop doing business with this company. From the store Manager to the service in the store and down to the customer service on thew toll free number. COMPLETE LACK OF TRAINING AND UNDERSTANDING THAT WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER THERE IS NO BUSINESS!!!!!
I have literally spent thousands of dollars, and it continues to get worse. Example: just got off the phone with customer service and asked the first girl that I was connected to "I asked what country am I calling to?" She failed to answer correctly, and I then asked to speak to a supervisor...when the supervisor come on with the same Philipine accent, I asked the same question 4 times, and she could not answer that simple question. That makes me believe I cannot trust who I am speaking with. I am done with this company! I do not need them!!!!

I came in to pick up $150.00 worth of merchandise from my online order I placed and PAID FOR this morning. I was "greeted" by a woman who insisted she yell across the room to ask if she could help me find anything..really now..
I understand that greeters are there to help deter theft, but please train your employees to have a more modest approach. This is the 2nd time I've had a poor experience at this location, and quite frankly im tired of it.

Bath & Body Works used to be my "go-to" whenever I purchased a gift I could feel confident giving. This was because of their 100 % guarantee that you could exchange something you didn't love without any hassle. The flexibility and ease of exchanges was even something I shared with my friends and family so they, too, could feel confident shopping there. Sadly, there has been a shift in this policy, and they now only offer a tiny store credit for items that are no longer in season or currently unavailable. Recently, I had 20 completely full wallflower bulbs to exchange (I kept a bag for rejects and brought them in once there was a worthwhile amount to exchange), and I only received enough store credit for 10. This coupled with how lowly the manager, Krystal, made me feel while she stood there and scrutinized each and every plug for 10 minutes sealed the deal. It was/is so disappointing. When you factor in the lesser quality of the bulbs they now sell, I'm done with BBW. Once I finish off everything of theirs in my home (and it's still a lot!), I'm going to look for another company that cares about their customers and sells superior products. When I find it, I'm going to let my family and friends know about it, too.
