I went to Bath and Body works to test the TikTok free gift birthday theory. The associate was cordial, casual, professional and quick. I was told i could get a free gift and use my rewards points to get another item for free as well. I selected my items and went to the register and it was a different story, I had to catch the associate who helped me as they were getting off work. They came back and tried to honor what they said. The register would let it happen. So, I got my one item and moved on.

I love this location! They let me use the 25% off up to $250 on top of the Npday care but 3 get 3 and the &2.95 hand soaps! I spent more than I should but way better than in bath and
Body in Cedar Park. They didn’t let me use the same coupon for the $5.95 single wick candle. I did ask and the coupon says branch discretion. Shout out to the Alamo Ranch branch! Staff look happier too and it does affect customer service in a positive way!

I place an online pick up in store order and was unable to pick it up. An employee marked it as picked up and took it home. I was charged and attempted to contact them. They just kept hanging up and when someone did finally put in a refund. I was charged again…I would not recommend shopping here

I enjoy the scents they sell but it is a bit pricy for soap and creams. Even the candles are very high priced. I was surprised to see they sell detergent!

When you cannot use a reward certificate for a item that is more than the reward certificate is just absurd. I am not sure why they have such a ridiculous policy.
