I recently contacted Bath Fitter for some warranty work and they were generally interested in my concerns. They (Vanessa) and (Derrick) were very professional and very informative in the process. I was more than pleased with thr communication and their willingness to get the issue resolved. I was very satisfied with the service after the sale.

Bath Fitter recently completed a shower conversion for us, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We were fortunate to have two outstanding installers, Curtis Patterson and Leo. They were both incredibly professional, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process. Their workmanship was excellent, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Based on this experience, we will definitely be using Bath Fitter again for our other two bathrooms. Highly recommended!

About a month ago we received our install. The morning of there were 3 guys that all showed up on time and ready to work. Demo was quick, however due to previous work install had to wait an extra day for plumping to be redone. Thanks so much to Cutis Patterson and Austin Case (I didn't get the name of the plumber) they were all extremely kind and did a great job on everything. We are extremely happy with our new shower.

I waited about 3 months before writing this review, and I can confidently say—I absolutely love my daughter's new shower tub! I used to dread cleaning the old one with its outdated tiles and stubborn grout lines that never stayed clean. This new shower is a total upgrade—sleek, simple, and incredibly easy to maintain. A little vinegar and a microfiber towel is all it takes to make it look brand new. No scrubbing, no hassle! Huge shoutout to Austin (installer), Chris (plumber), and Matt (salesman) for making it all happen—your work made a big difference, and we couldn't be happier.

From start to finish, Curtis demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise in his craft. He took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all of our questions, ensuring we felt confident and informed throughout the installation.
Not only was his technical skill impressive, but his customer service was truly stellar. Curtis was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The installation was completed efficiently, and the end result exceeded our expectations.

Derek was our installer, he did the original installation 8 years ago. And when he came to our house to do service work, and install an additional grab bar, he remembered us. He did a fantastic job of the installation of our unit, and was great at installing the grab bar and doing the servicing. Very experienced, knowledgeable, and hard working person. He is also very professional while also very friendly. Thank you Vanessa at the office and Derek for doing such a great job and indeed putting a smile on our faces.

Had a walk in shower installed at my Mom's house. Derek the lead installer was very good at removing existing tub and installing new shower in a timely manner. He is the one to ask for at bath fitter.

I had a shower installed to replace my old cast iron tub, and my experience with Bath Fitter was excellent from beginning to end. Matt in sales set everything up in a clear and understandable manner, and was personable and very professional throughout my interactions with him, then Vanessa, who handles all phone inquiries about projects and scheduling, was always very resourceful and patient,, always found answers to my inquiries, and passed along very useful information.And then the installation was terrific, Derek and his assistant Leo went out of their way in clearing out all the rotted subfloor, which was pretty much the entire subfloor, and were meticulous in making sure the new shower would have a stable and solid platform to stand on. Then, their installation of the shower was done in less than a day, with very precise and visually pleasing results. Chris, the master plumber, also did thorough and excellent work, removing the drum trap and installing the needed modern drain system, and again, the results were excellent. I feel that this is a group where you can put your mind at ease, knowing that they genuinely care about the quality of their work and the follow through on all the details is excellent. In short, I highly highly recommend.
