My 1993 Harley Wide Glide had very weak cranking. I checked the battery cables, connections vibrated loose. I took it down to batteries plus. They performed a load test. Sure enough...bad battery. They had a new one in stock. I used my smart phone to purchase for eighteen percent off. I I stalled it. What a difference. I'm a smiling Harley rider.clerk was very nice helpful and professional.

This was one of the better online ordering experiences ever. The search feature assisted with exact match fit for my 2009 Harley Davidson battery. I submitted the order and picked it up the following morning. It was a perfect fit, dropped right in and started my bike up strong and quick.

I took my phone to this place because I dropped my phone and cracked my screen. The young man at this store replaced my screen in less than an hour.
He was very polite and had great customer service skills. The price for the repair was very reasonable,compared to other places I called. Great job!

Absolutely rude! The manager clearly hates and resents her customers. Two new hires who are absolutely dead pan android humanoids. Customers were lining up inside and the staff ignored practically everyone. Manager stayed hidden in the back until one android went to the back to get her to provide some help. Ridiculous.......been going there for six plus years. Will never set foot in there again!!!!!!
