I been having auto loans and banking with them for a few years now. I am very happy with them, Carlos is very knowledgeable and professional. The entire staff is super nice.

Terrible bank. I opened an account and had to deposit 50 dollars and set up direct deposit. I called a few days later and was told the account was closed due to fraud. Now I haven't gotten paid. I don't know where my money is and they can't tell me anything. Do not bank with them.

Have a Business Account at this Location seems to be "OUT" of change on coins all the time, Before this Bank of America or Wells Fargo did not do this to a commercial customer.

I’ve been with this bank for a couple of years everybody is always really nice but I have to mention an employee that went above and beyond when I had an issue with a check that was taking too long to deposit… I had won a certain amount of money from the lottery(no nothing to make me rich lol just a few dollars). , but I deposited the check through the phone. It took the whole 10 days at midnight on the tenth to clear , so on the 10th in the day it’s still hadn’t cleared so I went to the bank and asked them about it and asked them if I should just take the check and cash it in person at the bank that it came from. She was not sure but advised me that i should be patient at least one more day to make sure it goes through before cashing it in person. I left the bank still on the fence about what to do until my phone rings less than ten min after I left, Imagine my surprise when it was the young lady from the bank. She had talked to her manager and whoever else she needed to get a definite answer for me after I left . MARIA(MARIANA) is the young lady’s name , thank you so much for going above and beyond to make sure I didn’t make a mistake I appreciate it very much. Not to mention she’s always helping me multiple times a week getting change for my small business. Too many people are quick to complain but not too many people ever post the good stuff so here I am posting the great experience I had thank you once again Maria for always being friendly and professional and very helpful !

Super helpful! Mariana is awesome and did me a huge favor above and beyond. I visited because I had some paperwork I needed sent their head office. She kept me updated and called me with updates when she didn't have too. The bank itself was clean and quiet and the staff all seemed friendly with greeting everyone

Yeah, this branch is pretty much the worst. Especially since Truist took over. They don't even follow the hours listed on the website.

I come here everyone Monday for work and everyone Monday there is always some issue. They recounted my deposit close to 5 times telling me I counted it wrong when they counted it incorrectly and finally came back and said it was right the first time. Don’t waste your time at this location

I've had an auto loan for 3 years, and have never been able to set up online payments. I recently called customer service and was told it would take THIRTY DAYS to set up an online account because I don't have TEXT MESSAGING. What the hell? So because I don't have a text plan on a phone, it's going to take you 30 days to "verify email address" so I can use online bill pay? Definitely will not be getting another loan through BB&T. Don't care if my next auto loan is a higher interest rate, you people suck.

Just got a loan from this place. Very unprofessional. Dealing with Lorenzo. Seems he never gets his messages at work or his direct line. Should have read reviews of how this place handles there business. Don't waste your time here. They will do everything in there power to get you in but once they do. You get terrible service.
