Went in on March 2. Sonya informed me my debit card, which was fairly new, was "hot" because it was not tied to an account. The man there went through the process of ordering another, which I received two calls to enter a new pin. He took other card and disposed of it. Gave me a 5-7 day turn around on new card. Two weeks. Nothing. I call around 2:30. Young lady nice but could not answer any questions other than the ordering process may have glitched. She put me on hold. Came back and said i need to speak to higher up, which I believe she mentioned Andrew, but he at lunch. Took my name and number for return call. Another week and half later no call and no card.

Very disappointed with Edwin and the lack of service I received at the Blanco/Loop 410 location. While he did resolve a debit card issue, when I asked him to give my spouse access to all of my family's accounts, tied to my SS #, he said it was not possible without her coming to a branch. We have been loyal customers in the Memphis, TN area for over 25 years, through many back acquisitions, the latest being Truist. Now my wife works and resides in Columbus, OH, where there are no Truist branches, so when I explained this to Edwin, he said there was nothing he could do. With our current online signature technology, it makes no sense that Truist cannot make this happen. When I told him, our next step was to close our long time account, he again said there was nothing he could do. I walked away in disbelief!

I got scammed and out of more than $2300.00 from this branch. I received insurance check because of my accident and they have been making up lies and asking some non sense forms(ratification) which is not even recognizable by Toyota. I will be shutting my account in first chance

This bank is terrible. I have no idea how they think they will compete with high quality banks like Frost, USAA, and Broadway. I only opened an account here because they sponsored a group I'm a part of and what a mistake. Setting the account up was a nightmare. Once it was set up it was alright, until I started funding some R&D for my company and the balances got a little low. Then their software started with a funds availability hold for every deposit. The MANAGERS told me there was no way to make the software stop doing it and that they would have to override it every time. What a joke. Just read some of the other reviews. This bank sucks.

White woman heavy set very rude & need to replace her or replace the bank, keep getting bad reviews & this place won't last . I don't even want to leave a 1 but had to to leave review, por por service & wait was long & lobby was dead . Lol come on ppl how hard is your job, I handle acct every day

Don't open account there they took two hours to open my account which i didnt complaint. Second I told the gentlemen i wanted to opt out of overdraft and he didn't opt me out. I did some purchases and I got charge overdraft fees $72 and I had money in the other account. That is stealing from hard working customers.

Horrible customer service. Not only were their phones offline during business hours but when I brought it up after driving over there the clerk was very rude. She had a lot of attitude and her cleavage was showing for the world, so much for business wear. Never going back to this branch!
