Do Not Bank Here, Do Not bank here.
1. Terrible customer service
2. Closed on weekends
3. Atm errors frequent and will keep your money, bank doesn't care.
4. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
5. Transaction errors are frequent, will cause overdrafts and duplicate charges. Bank does not care, its your problem, not theres!

BEWARE!, they steal money here, they unexpectedly closed my account and on two occasions they have told me that they are going to send me a check home with the balance I had in the account and the said check never arrives, I am spending trips to the branch , I claim over and over again and nothing, they take advantage of low-income people and immigrants.

Do not bank here at all. Customer Service On The Phone Doesn't Exist And Will Take You Round In Circles. They Close Accounts Unexpectedly. The Employees I dealt With Displayed a High Level Of Incompetence And They Give Out The Wrong Information. Do Yourself A Favor And Bank Somewhere Else!!

OMG ..... I never went to a Bank where their "Teller "didn't want to do her J.O.B. I have been Banking with BB&T not Truist over ten year and never had some one walk me out the bank like I was bothering her from doing nothing.... WTH ... I had to drive 10 min to the next bank to get the job done . The lady to the left when you walk in either doesn't like working or doesn't like black ppl

Terrible, terrible customer service from the personal banker Joanna Olivarez! People like her, who behave so arrogant and unprofessional, dont not try WILLINGLY to help just shouldn't work at customer service as personal bankers! I Paid for my safety deposit box for 2022 in 2022, decided to close the account, not to pay for 2023. HAD ALL THE PROVES OF THE PAYMENT FOR 2022 in the app in my statements, where it wassaid that the money for safety deposit box was paid in full. She ARROGANTLY INSISTED that I will have to come again, she will not help me to close the account today, because she is not sure that I Paid for 2022. When I asked to show the documents why she thinks I didnt pay, she said SHE DOESNT HAVE THEM!! BUT I HAD THE DOCUMENTS PROVING THAT I PAID FOR 2022!!! Just crazy!! I have to drive 1 hour to get to this bank and it was my 2nd time coming there to close.I didn't want to spend more time on that and asked for help to close today, because I had all the proves of payment for 2022 and due day of 2023 was not today, but tomorrow. At first she just arrogantly was repeating that I will have to come back and she'll NOT HELP! today. She was shouting at me!! Only after I said that I'm going to complain she started to move. Customer service shouldn't be like this! No apologies or anything like that from her at the end, after 2,5 hours spent there when the account was finally closed, because with the help of her co-worker she finally found out that the reason why she couldn't close the account in the beginning was because mistakenly I was charged for 2023 before due date!!Instead of saying the truth she just said the person above her allowed to reimburse us the money or something like that!

This place has had the payoff amount for over a month and a half and will not tell me when it will be posted or anything about it. I just get told to call back. But every time you call you have to deal with a machine then a person who has no clue what's going on then put on hold for a while so they can talk to the back office to find out you have to call back. This place is costing me money and time they care very little about. Will never do business with this company again

I've been educated about the various financial instruments BB&t offers by the kind and caring Laura. She worked persistently to fit me into bb&t while taking care to address all of my questions and concerns.Usually a bank will call their corporate office to get answers pertaining to corporate accounts but Ms. Cantu is unusually knowledgeable. So, I'm able to have a flowing conversation where I feel that I'm making an informed decision with my money.I love that I'm able to call the branch and have all my problems solved by my banker, Laura.Most banks will have you call in to an automated system to do a Pin reset. Garden variety bankers can set you up a credit card but cannot do any servicing on that credit card.But at bb&t you deal with one person who can solve seemingly everything including but not limited to debit card pin resets and credit card issues.

WORST BANK EVER! I got forced into this bank when they took over Citi Bank I guess... I don't even know how or why that happened. Do NOT make any mistakes and let your account go into the negative AT ALL! That includes if companies or other people or hell anybody charges you anything! Even if it's an accident(NOT your fault AT ALL) and a bill or any company charges you when their not supposed to. If your account goes into the negative because of this or ANY reason they charge you $36.00 for each transaction and then if your account is in the negative for 5 or more days they charge you another $36.00!!!

Went for help. Never got back to me. Came to another one got my problem resolved in a day. Lazy people with a lousy place. Love BBT just not there. No effort in helping you.
