This is probably the worst location I've been to. I thought it was rather weird that one of the employees would call me, invite me over for an appointment, and then cancel on me on the day of the appointment without rescheduling. Nobody ever called me back to reschedule an appointment.

I come to this branch every now and then to make quick deposits or get cash out from ATM. It’s got a weird parking area that gets a little bit intense to get in and out of when there is traffic, but other than that, it’s always been a quick and easy experience and tellers are nice and respectful and fast. 💸

This bank. Atm is always down. Trying to open an account with them is so difficult. Twice left Sitting inside for over 45 minutes and no representative to say sorry for the wait nothing. I had to leave because waiting close to an hour is way to long. Cross train your employees like that you don’t leave your customers waiting so long.

I have been using this branch for my business for the past two years. Everyone in this building has been professional and treated me with the upmost respect. ALEJANDRA, ERNESTO, and JESSICA have great customer skills and always help out. The new branch manager Juan come out of his office to introduce himself, he was really friendly and nice. I will stay with this bank, and would recommend to friends and family.

They were very kind, I had Alejandra take care of me and I left very happy, she helped me with everything I needed and was always friendly. It's good that they have staff who speak Spanish, that is a great help.

Some of these Banks don't realize that you can't conduct business or even get you guys paid without a commercial account but they take their sweet time just to get back with you to open a simple account

Today I went to PNC BANK ON GOLIAD RD THE TELLER ALEXANDRIA ON THE PHONE SHE SEES ME IN FRONT HER AND I HAD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES FOR HER TO GET OFF PHONE SHE PUTS TO WHITE PAPERS IN FRONT OF ME I LOOK AT HER AND I TELLHER YALL HAVE BAD COSTUMER SERVICE AND SHE SAYS AND I TOLD HER YOUR NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO ME I TOLD YOU I WANTED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT FOR $173.99 AND I GAVE HER $180.00 SHE ACT D*** AND DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW MUCH CHANGE TO GAVE ME BACK I TOLD HER YOU OWE ME SIX DOLLARS AND ONE PENNY THAT BAD SERVICE NOW DAYS THESES TELLER JUST WANT A FREE CHECK BUT DON'T WANT TO DO THERE JOB RIGHT THIS BANK ON GOLIAD RD TELLERS ARE ALWAYS SLOW YALL NEED TO PRATICE BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE AND BE A LITTLE FASTER MY OPINION MY REVIEW ON THIS BANK.

I had a horrible experience trying to open a business account at this location. The manager I think her name is Sara. She was rude and unprofessional. And on top of her lack of professionalism she is such a flirt. The guys that come in that place are like dogs with their “lipstick” sticking out. I will not be back and I will not recommend this bank. Frost across the way! Won’t steer you wrong

Dan is very rude! Alexandra very rude! And their manager Sara chapa is the worst! While I was there trying to get my new debit card, she barges out of her office and starts yelling at a old lady. Very disturbing. The energy in that bank is off. Something just doesn’t feel right about that place.

It's OK but still prefer USAA for banking purposes.
