Worst service. Waited nearly an hour just to be seen to open a new account. Someone finally made the decision to help people who only there for a debit card, which reduced the number of people waiting in line for one on one service. The lady that helped us was very nice and had just dealt with an irate customer. After she helped us open a new account, she directed us to the teller to actually cash the check! Which put us in another long line for an additional 10 mins. It seems as though management has no idea how to regulate the influx of customers based on their needs. Very disappointing.

Incredible customer service The branch manager Irene have me set up my business account We have a very complicated business and it was so simple took me less than 20 minutes if you need a business account ask for Irene Vasquez polite professional definitely will be back

I've came in twice to open a business banking account and both times the only "manager" that can do that "is not in". When are they ever in?!? I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst bank ever. Juan Medina is a large man with an attitude problem. It must be nice to sit at a desk and munch on some sweet bread.. instead of assisting clients in the lobby. Not to mention the older gentleman in the front that makes you sign in and tells you that's the only way they can assist you. And then Juan has the audacity to make the old man look like a bad guy by kicking us out.. because the staff is getting sick.. stay home then if you're worried about your health Juan... doesn't seem to worried about diabetes tho.
