It was on Thursday the twelfth of this month that I had visited the place and to say it was a good service would do no justice to the absolutely wonderful form of effort that got my needs met. Though there was some temporary outage due to a flood last night, I was able to get my debit card printed, and account confirmed and set up. The workers' energy are very inviting; With that said, I am more than happy to take time out of my day to post a five star review for this particular PNC site. Only concern is you do need to watch out for which PNC bank does not do cash or check deposit at certain locations. Other than that I wish nothing but many blessings to come to this place. God bless you the workers that helped me and to anyone reading this.

Very unprofessional. I called ahead while on the way to find out about getting a debit card and was waiting for an answer. After getting there and going inside they were just letting the phone ring and ring and purposefully didn't answer. I said I was calling and they said there phone was messing up, not knowing that I was the one still waiting on an answer. Didn't even get me started on how rude the teller was when I asked about getting a new debit card. If I could give 0 stars I would. And I usually don't like writing bad reviews but wow this branch needs some employees that are professional not rude and obnoxious.

Not the first issue I’ve had with branch, but attendant was unprofessional. She was busy eating and chewing while inputting my count information. They were able to get a withdrawal because I opened the account at another branch.

Put a garbage can in the lobby for your customers and their waste products and then run that waste thru a shreader at the end of the night. But most importantly be consistent with your business.As a bank consistency is imperative.... Do better

This Branch should be closed down unprofessional last three times I went there either had a long wait or they would make a mistake go home if you don't want to work you best collect unemployment give them one star that they don't even deserve

The staff is so worry about being on their computer or cell phone had a line with only one teller no where on their doors or inside this location did it say a capacity limit I wasn't even acknowledge when I walked in wanted open up a new bank account but got turn away since everyone was on their computer or cell phones I was asked to wait outside instead asking me if I needed any help I will never bring my business to this place don't see why have several people behind desk when they don't even try to help or welcome anyone that walks in the door and only one guy behind teller seat
